平衡计分卡在我国民办高校教师绩效考核的应用研究

【摘要】:进入21世纪以后,民办高校得到了飞速发展,其在校生占我国高校在校生约22%。在快速发展的同时,社会的新形势、新任务对民办高校的管理水平提出了更高的要求,就如何提高办学质量和办学效益,打造优秀的教学团队,使用人才、培养人才、进而留住人才也成为民办高校人力资源管理的重点和核心。新一轮高校岗位聘任制改革,更是给民办高校带来了激烈的竞争和前所未有的挑战。因此,运用现代人力资源管理理论指导民办高校师资队伍的建设工作,保障教师在职业化建设中的稳定,成为民办高校人力资源建设的重中之重。而教师的绩效考核作为人力资源管理工作中的核心组成部分,将人力资源中先进理念移植到民办高校教师队伍管理中,建立适合民办高校教师的绩效考核体系,对稳定教师队伍、保障教学成就、夯实学校教育教学基础具有十分重要的意义。 本文首先通过对绩效、绩效考核、绩效考核工具——平衡计分卡等相关理论进行系统阐述。然后通过对民办高校教师绩效考核研究现状,系统总结了目前我国民办高校绩效考核中存在的问题,进一步提出了构建民办高校教师绩效考核的原则和应当注意的问题。借鉴平衡计分卡的核心思想,结合民办高校—Y高校的特点及现状,,构建绩效考核指标体系;并提出了构建民办高校教师绩效考核的方法和步骤,并构建民办高校教师的绩效考核体系。
[Abstract]:After entering the 21st century, private colleges and universities have been developing rapidly, and their students account for about 22 percent of the total number of students in our country. At the same time of rapid development, the new situation of society and new tasks put forward higher requirements to the management level of private colleges and universities. How to improve the quality and efficiency of running a school, to build an excellent teaching team, to use talents, to train talents, Then retaining talents has become the focus and core of human resource management in private colleges and universities. The new round of post appointment system reform has brought fierce competition and unprecedented challenge to private colleges and universities. Therefore, applying the theory of modern human resources management to guide the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities, to ensure the stability of teachers in the construction of professionalization, has become the most important part of the construction of human resources in private colleges and universities. As the core part of human resource management, teachers' performance appraisal is transplanted into the management of teachers' team of private colleges and universities, and the performance appraisal system is established, which is suitable for the teachers of private colleges and universities. It is of great significance to stabilize the teaching staff, ensure the teaching achievement and consolidate the foundation of school education and teaching. At first, the paper expatiates the relevant theories of performance, performance evaluation tool-balanced scorecard and so on. Then through the research status quo of teachers' performance appraisal in private colleges and universities, this paper systematically summarizes the problems existing in the performance appraisal of private colleges and universities in China, and further puts forward the principles and problems that should be paid attention to in constructing the performance appraisal of teachers in private colleges and universities. Based on the core idea of balanced scorecard and the characteristics and present situation of private colleges and universities, the performance evaluation index system is constructed. It also puts forward the methods and steps of constructing the performance appraisal of teachers in private colleges and universities, and constructs the performance appraisal system of teachers in private colleges and universities.
