高等教育信息化视域下高校教学档案的建设与开发利用

【摘要】：高等教育信息化的发展为高校教学档案的建设与开发利用提供了新的契机与平台。不过由于各种原因,高校在推动教学档案工作时还存在诸多的不足,尤其是教学档案的归类整理入库、服务使用与开发建设的方式方法与内容体系设计方面做得还不够,与高校信息化建设的要求还有很大一段距离。鉴于此,高校在加强教学档案的建设与开发利用时务必要主动适应教育信息化发展的要求,坚持服务师生为本的价值取向,充分利用"互联网+档案"的发展优势,推动教学档案信息资源的建设与开发利用,走上信息化、系统化与一体化发展之路。
[Abstract]:The development of higher education information provides a new opportunity and platform for the construction, development and utilization of teaching archives in colleges and universities. However, for various reasons, colleges and universities still have many shortcomings in promoting the work of teaching archives. Especially, the classification and arrangement of teaching archives into the storehouse, the ways and methods of service use and development and the design of content system are not enough. There is still a long way to go to meet the requirements of information construction in colleges and universities. In view of this, colleges and universities must take the initiative to adapt to the requirements of the development of educational informatization, adhere to the value orientation of serving teachers and students, and make full use of the advantages of the development of "Internet archives" when strengthening the construction and development of teaching archives. To promote the construction and development of teaching archives information resources, and to take the road of informatization, systematization and integration.
