积极心理学视阈下高校思想政治教育开发功能的发挥

【摘要】:随着社会的不断发展,新情况新问题不断出现,思想政治教育对人才资源的开发已经成为理论和实践研究的热点问题。旨在实现人的全面发展的思想政治教育做的是人的工作,本身就具有开发人的潜能提升人的素质的功能,高校思想政治教育更是如此。因此,研究高校思想政治教育的开发功能,并提高其功能发挥的实效性大有文章可做。 积极心理学作为一门以研究人类积极力量的理论与应用相结合的科学,对高校思想政治教育有重要的借鉴意义,为高校思想政治教育开发功能的发挥提供科学的理论支撑,拓展了高校思想政治教育开发功能发挥的具体方法。本文介绍了积极心理学与高校思想政治教育开发功能的相关理论,并通过分析积极心理学对高校思想政治教育开发功能发挥的重要意义,提出促进高校思想政治教育开发功能发挥的有效路径。 本文综合运用了文献调查法、跨学科研究方法、资料分析法,对已有的思想政治教育开发功能研究成果进行梳理分析,,找出与积极心理学相关理论的结合点,在分析能体现高校思想政治教育开发功能发挥效果的现有资料的基础上,找出积极心理学视阈下思想政治教育开发功能发挥的不足,从而提出具有针对性的路径和策略。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of society, new situations and new problems appear constantly. The exploitation of talent resources by ideological and political education has become a hot issue in theory and practice. The ideological and political education, which aims to realize the all-round development of human beings, does the work of human beings, and it has the function of developing the potential of human beings to improve the quality of human beings, especially the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Therefore, it is possible to study the development function of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and to improve the effectiveness of its function. As a science combining the theory and application of human positive forces, positive psychology has important reference significance for ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and provides scientific theoretical support for the development function of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It expands the specific methods of developing the function of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper introduces the theory of positive psychology and the development function of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and analyzes the important significance of positive psychology to the development function of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper puts forward an effective way to promote the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper makes use of literature survey, interdisciplinary research method and data analysis method, combs and analyzes the existing research results of ideological and political education development function, and finds out the combination point with the related theories of positive psychology. On the basis of analyzing the existing data which can reflect the effect of the development function of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, this paper finds out the deficiency of the development function of ideological and political education in the perspective of positive psychology, and puts forward some targeted paths and strategies.
