学习改革理念下的美国高校服务学习研究

【摘要】:服务学习是一种将学校课程与社区服务、教与学、行动与反思相结合的综合学习活动。其核心是通过组织学生积极参加各种服务活动,让学生从服务体验中运用、反思和获取知识,增强合作意识,提高分析和解决问题的能力,同时培养社会责任感。 本文以美国高校服务学习为研究对象,从学习改革的视角,运用文献分析、案例分析的方法重点从理论和实践两个方面来分析研究美国高校的服务学习,并在此基础上提出对我国大学学习改革的借鉴意义。首先,本文概括了服务学习的定义、特点,梳理了美国高校服务学习产生的历史背景及发展脉络;其次,挖掘了支撑美国高校服务学习的理论基础,揭示了服务学习的主要功能,分别阐述了其对学生、学校、教师和社区等方面的影响;再次,对美国高校服务学习的实践情况进行了分析研究,从服务学习开展的原则和步骤入手,论述了服务学习的开展模式,介绍了美国高校服务学习的成功案例,总结了他们的成功经验;最后,探讨了美国高校服务学习作为一种学习改革活动对我国大学学习改革具有的启示和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Service learning is a comprehensive learning activity which combines school curriculum with community service, teaching and learning, action and reflection. The core of it is to organize students to participate in various service activities actively, so that students can use, reflect and acquire knowledge from the service experience, enhance their sense of cooperation, improve their ability to analyze and solve problems, and at the same time cultivate their sense of social responsibility. This article takes the service learning of American universities as the research object, from the perspective of learning reform, using the method of literature analysis and case analysis to analyze and study the service learning of American universities from the two aspects of theory and practice. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the significance of reference to the reform of university learning in our country. First of all, this paper summarizes the definition and characteristics of service learning, combing the historical background and development context of service learning in American colleges and universities. Secondly, it excavates the theoretical basis of supporting service learning in American colleges and universities, reveals the main functions of service learning, and expounds its influence on students, schools, teachers and communities respectively. Thirdly, this paper analyzes and studies the practice of service learning in American colleges and universities, starting with the principles and steps of service learning, discusses the mode of service learning, and introduces the successful cases of service learning in American colleges and universities. Summing up their successful experience; Finally, the paper discusses the enlightenment and reference significance of service learning in American colleges and universities as a kind of learning reform activity to our country's university learning reform.
