女大学生就业问题破解新思路

【摘要】：运用文献分析法,系统总结、评述了学术界关于女大学生就业问题成因,及破解对策的认知。认为尽管社会各界已做出了诸多努力,但目前女大学生就业形势依然严峻。因此,应加强跨学科对话,密切关注社会力量在解决女大学生就业问题中的作用,重点探讨农村与民族地区生源地女大学生就业问题,以期扩展女大学生就业空间,破解女大学生就业难问题。
[Abstract]:By means of literature analysis, this paper systematically summarizes and comments on the causes of employment problems of female college students in academic circles and the countermeasures to solve them. In spite of the efforts made by all walks of life, the employment situation of female college students is still grim. Therefore, we should strengthen cross-disciplinary dialogue, pay close attention to the role of social forces in solving the employment problem of female college students, and focus on the employment of female college students from rural and ethnic areas, in order to expand the employment space of female college students.
