新时期高校学生干部选拔、培养与发展研究

【摘要】：本研究以高校学生干部这一群体为研究对象,选择江西农业大学学生干部群体作为个案,从学生干部选拔、培养与发展三方面进行了成长研究,总结了成长的有益经验,剖析了学生干部成长的不利因素,并从教育培养、服务社会的角度出发,给予负责管理高校学生干部的部门和个人提出了学生干部培养的建议。在高等教育由规模扩张向内涵提升转变的新时期,我国高等教育改革正在步入“深水区”,高校学生干部作为实现“自我教育、自我管理、自我服务”的生力军,面临重大机遇和挑战,发挥高校教育管理工作的桥梁纽带作用显得尤为重要。本研究以比较分析国内外高校学生干部的选拔、培养、发展方面的经验做法与存在不足为理论基础,基于对高校学生干部(包括在校的和已毕业一年的)、普通学生、高校老师和用人单位在对学生干部的认识、学生干部应当具备的能力素质、学生干部的发展等方面进行广泛调查和深入访谈的结果,得出高校学生干部存在选拔不民主、培养不全面、发展不协调等问题,探讨了高校学生干部选拔与培养对今后发展的影响,并针对高校学生干部的选拔培养与发展存在的不足提出“要以系统的理论从总体上把握学生干部的成长、要以协商民主为主要方式完善学生干部选拔工作、要以全面发展为主要目标完善学生干部培养工作、要以有效衔接为主要内容推进学生干部发展工作”的建议和对策。
[Abstract]:This research takes the student cadre of the university as the research object, selects the student cadre group of Jiangxi Agricultural University as the case, carries on the growth research from the student cadre selection, the cultivation and the development three aspects, has summarized the beneficial experience of the growth. This paper analyzes on the unfavorable factors of the growth of student cadres, and from the point of view of education, training and serving the society, puts forward some suggestions to the departments and individuals responsible for the management of student cadres in colleges and universities. In the new period when higher education is changing from scale expansion to connotation promotion, the reform of higher education in our country is stepping into the "deep water area". College student cadres are the new force to realize "self-education, self-management and self-service". In the face of great opportunities and challenges, it is particularly important to play the role of a bridge in the work of educational management in colleges and universities. This study is based on the comparative analysis of the selection, training, and development of college student cadres at home and abroad, and on the basis of the theoretical basis of the selection, training and development of college student cadres (including those who have been in school and who have graduated for one year). College teachers and employing units have conducted extensive investigations and in-depth interviews on the understanding of student cadres, the abilities and qualities that student cadres should possess, and the development of student cadres. It is concluded that there is no democracy in the selection of student cadres in colleges and universities. This paper discusses the influence of the selection and training of college student cadres on the future development. In view of the shortcomings of the selection, training and development of student cadres in colleges and universities, the paper puts forward that "it is necessary to grasp the growth of student cadres in a systematic way, and to improve the selection of student cadres in the main way of consultation and democracy." It is necessary to perfect the training of student cadres with the main goal of all-round development, and to promote the development of student cadres by taking effective cohesion as the main content.
