大学生社会主义荣辱观教育实效性研究

【摘要】：社会主义荣辱观教育实效性是指在社会主义荣辱观教育过程中,社会主义荣辱观教育的实际运作对荣辱观教育目标的实现程度,它是社会主义荣辱观教育功能属性的发挥,也反映出社会主义荣辱观教育活动的科学性和有效性。大学生社会主义荣辱观教育的实效性,说的是实事求是,讲求效果,一分耕耘一分收获。它不仅指向大学生社会主义荣辱观教育的内在效果,即社会主义荣辱观教育能够顺利地转化为大学生的政治思想道德素质,并进而促进社会的物质文明、精神文明和政治文明的建设；还要求大学生社会主义荣辱观教育本身也要讲效益,讲“投入产出”,争取事半功倍,防止事倍功半,避免徒劳无功,务求实际效果。当前,大学生社会主义荣辱观教育的实效性还存在不足,表现在部分大学生政治认识表面化、价值取向自我化和功利化、诚信意识淡薄以及艰苦奋斗精神淡化。究其原因,主要是在大学生社会主义荣辱观教育中,没有正确处理好教育的主导、主体问题,教育的结构匹配问题,教育过程展开的充分性及可持续性问题,教育合力构成问题以及教育生态契合问题。而增强大学生社会主义荣辱观教育实效性的路径包括建立健全大学生社会主义荣辱观教育的工作机制,建设一支高素质的大学生社会主义荣辱观教育队伍,突出耻感教育,改进教育的方式方法,创新教育载体以及优化教育环境等方面。大学生社会主义荣辱观教育的实效性关系着大学生成长成才与和谐社会的构建,对其研究意义深远。增强大学生社会主义荣辱观教育的实效性是一个包括教育主体、教育受体、教育介体和教育环体等要素在内的系统工程。文献研究法、系统分析法和调查研究法是理想的研究方法。
