在沪高校留学生跨文化适应现状及对策研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing influence of Chinese and Chinese culture in the world, the number of foreign students in China has been increasing. With the continuous expansion of the educational scale of Chinese international students, the cross-cultural exchange of overseas students has also increased day by day after coming to China. Therefore, the problem of cross-cultural adaptation has emerged. Based on Shanghai, the author takes Fudan University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Donghua University, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and Shanghai Foreign Studies University as the object of investigation in order to study the current situation of cross-cultural adaptation of international students in Shanghai universities. According to the difficulties in the process of adaptation, some effective suggestions are put forward to help international students improve their ability of cross-cultural adaptation and reduce the barriers to cross-cultural communication. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly on the topic of the proposed, research significance, research objects, research methods and previous research review for explanation and analysis. The second part mainly describes the theoretical background of cross-cultural adaptation, including three classical adaptation models and many factors affecting cross-cultural adaptation. The third part mainly carries on the data statistics to 145 overseas students' questionnaire in Shanghai 5 colleges and universities, then carries on the analysis from the overseas students' psychological adaptation, the social life adaptation and the study adaptation, and then carries out the analysis from three aspects: psychological adaptation, social life adaptation and study adaptation. Out of Shanghai students cross-cultural adaptation of the status quo. The fourth part is mainly based on the third part of the cross-cultural adaptation of international students to come to Shanghai to put forward targeted recommendations, which are based on the perspective of the management of foreign students in colleges and universities, with reference significance. The fifth part is the conclusion, which contains the author's understanding of the shortcomings of this study.
