高校个性化职业指导的途径

【摘要】：随着社会就业环境的变化,大学生已从精英群体转变为大众群体,而高校毕业生如何适应市场就业就成为一个广为关注的热点与难点问题。为了缓解现阶段大学生的求职困境,本文就如何推进高校个性职业指导的途径进行分析,帮助大学生树立合理的职业目标,提前从思想、行为、能力上做好职业准备,以适应多元化的社会职业需求,提高其就业成功率。
[Abstract]:With the change of social employment environment, college students have changed from elite group to mass group, and how to adapt to market employment of college graduates has become a hot and difficult issue. In order to alleviate the present situation of college students' job search, this paper analyzes how to promote the college students' individual career guidance, and helps them to set up reasonable career goals and prepare themselves for the job in advance from the aspects of thought, behavior and ability. In order to adapt to the diversified needs of social occupation, improve its success rate of employment.
