如何运用组织结构法则提升高校二级学院的执行力

【摘要】：首先从提升高校竞争力的角度论述了研究高校二级学院执行力的意义,然后从"官本位"导向个人晋升、层级制造了疏离、信息不畅影响政策制定的科学性、难以形成共同愿景四个方面剖析了目前高校二级学院的组织结构现状对执行力造成的制约,最后借鉴保罗·托马斯企业执行力的组织结构法则,从确立领导即是服务理念、建立共同愿景、建立各种项目式矩阵组织、集权与分权的统一四个角度提出了提升二级学院的执行力具体对策。希望藉此提升高校二级学院的执行力。
[Abstract]:First of all, this paper discusses the significance of studying the executive power of university secondary colleges from the angle of improving the competitiveness of colleges and universities, and then from the "official standard" to individual promotion, the hierarchy creates alienation, and the lack of information affects the scientific nature of policy-making. It is difficult to form a common vision from four aspects to analyze the current situation of the organizational structure of the second-level college in colleges and universities, which restricts the executive power. Finally, it draws lessons from the organizational structure principle of Paul Thomas' executive power, and from the establishment of leadership is the service concept. Establishing a common vision, establishing all kinds of project matrix organization, centralization and decentralization of the unity of four angles put forward the specific measures to enhance the executive power of the secondary college. I hope to improve the execution of the second-level college in colleges and universities.
