我国大学生工程伦理教育的现状、问题及实践体系建构

【摘要】:随着中国成为“世界上最大的工地”,高校理工科专业大学生日益增多。大学生作为未来的工程活动的主体,他们对待伦理责任的态度,将直接决定未来工程能否造福于人类社会。开展大学生工程伦理教育,培养具有较强工程伦理意识、工程伦理责任和工程伦理决策能力的未来工程师,日益成为工程教育的内在目标,也是当前高等院校道德责任教育的重大课题。 本文在结合国内外工程伦理教育研究成果的基础之上,通过对大学生工程伦理教育和思想政治教育之间关系的分析研究,初步提出了大学生工程伦理教育的定义、目标、方法与途径等基本命题,并在对我国大学生工程伦理教育的现状系统调研的基础上,分析了我国当前大学生工程伦理教育存在的主要问题,,提出了高校作为主体开展大学生工程伦理教育的实践范式。 本文第一章为绪论部分,主要介绍了本文的选题背景、研究意义、研究目标、国内外研究现状、研究思路、研究方法等内容。第二章为大学生工程伦理教育概述。本章通过对工程、工程伦理学、工程伦理教育等概念的界定,提出了大学生工程伦理教育的定义、三大核心目标及主要方法和途径,并详细阐述了大学生工程伦理教育是思想政治教育的内在要求、必要延伸和生动途径。第三章为我国大学生工程伦理教育的现状和主要问题。通过对全国五十余所理工科高校的在校理工科专业学生的调查,统计分析调查结果,总结了我国高校当前大学生工程伦理教育的现状,并在问卷调查的基础上,提出了我国当前大学生工程伦理教育的问题主要有认识问题、体制问题、教育培养问题三个方面。第四章主要研究高校作为主体开展大学生工程伦理教育实践体系的构建,从组织管理体系、课程体系和教学模式、宣传教育的运作与途径三个方面详细阐述了大学生工程伦理教育实践体系的构建。
[Abstract]:With China becoming the largest construction site in the world, the number of college students majoring in science and engineering is increasing day by day. As the main body of future engineering activities, college students' attitude towards ethical responsibility will directly determine whether future projects can benefit human society. The development of engineering ethics education for college students and the cultivation of future engineers with strong consciousness of engineering ethics, responsibility of engineering ethics and ability of decision-making of engineering ethics are increasingly becoming the intrinsic objectives of engineering education. It is also a major subject of moral responsibility education in colleges and universities. On the basis of the research results of engineering ethics education at home and abroad, through the analysis of the relationship between college students' engineering ethics education and ideological and political education, this paper puts forward the definition and goal of engineering ethics education for college students. Methods and approaches, and on the basis of systematic investigation on the present situation of engineering ethics education for college students in China, the main problems existing in engineering ethics education for college students in China are analyzed. This paper puts forward the practice paradigm of college students' engineering ethics education as the main body. The first chapter of this paper is the introduction, which mainly introduces the background, research significance, research objectives, domestic and foreign research status, research ideas, research methods and so on. The second chapter is an overview of engineering ethics education for college students. By defining the concepts of engineering, engineering ethics and engineering ethics education, this chapter puts forward the definition, three core objectives and the main methods and ways of engineering ethics education for college students. It also expounds in detail that the engineering ethics education of college students is the internal requirement of ideological and political education, and it is necessary to extend and vivid way. The third chapter is the current situation and main problems of engineering ethics education for college students in China. Based on the investigation and statistical analysis of the students majoring in science and engineering in more than 50 colleges and universities throughout the country, this paper summarizes the current situation of engineering ethics education among college students in China, and on the basis of the questionnaire survey, The problems of engineering ethics education for college students in our country are put forward in three aspects: cognition problem, system problem and education training problem. The fourth chapter mainly studies the construction of college students' engineering ethics education practice system as the main body, from the organization and management system, the curriculum system and the teaching mode, The construction of the practice system of engineering ethics education for college students is expounded in detail from three aspects of the operation and approach of propaganda and education.
