河北省2014届高校毕业生就业现状研究

【摘要】:从1999年我国高校扩招开始,毕业生数量快速增加,毕业生就业问题成为整个社会关注的焦点问题。毕业生就业问题是一个综合性问题,如长期得不到有效解决,将会对社会的稳定、高等教育的发展以及毕业生个人价值的实现产生消极影响。鉴于此,本文基于相关理论,采用问卷调查法、定量分析法、实证分析法和规范分析法,分析了河北省2014届高校毕业生就业现状,并对影响毕业生就业的因素进行了探讨,提出了促进河北省毕业生充分就业的对策。首先,确定研究内容和介绍相关理论。通过分析国内外针对毕业生就业的研究,并对高校毕业生、就业等基本概念进行界定,同时以奥肯定律、凯恩斯就业理论等相关理论为指导,为后续研究奠定了理论基础。其次,分析河北省2014届高校毕业生就业现状。通过对河北省2014届高校毕业生的调查问卷进行数据统计,从毕业生的就业状况和就业观念两方面分析了河北省2014届高校毕业生就业现状。再次,探讨毕业生就业的影响因素。从宏观角度对我国社会经济因素和河北省本土因素进行分析,并基于调查数据从微观角度采取回归分析对个人和家庭因素进行定量分析,为促进毕业生充分就业提供合理化的科学依据。最后,提出促进毕业生充分就业的对策。针对影响毕业生就业的因素以及河北省的基本情况,从政府、社会、高校、个人和家庭出发,就如何促进河北省高校毕业生充分就业提出相应的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Since 1999, the number of graduates has increased rapidly, and the employment of graduates has become the focus of the whole society. Graduate employment is a comprehensive problem. If it is not solved effectively for a long time, it will have a negative impact on the stability of society, the development of higher education and the realization of graduates' personal value. In view of this, based on the relevant theories, this paper analyzes the employment status of the 2014 college graduates in Hebei Province by means of questionnaire survey, quantitative analysis, empirical analysis and normative analysis, and probes into the factors that affect the employment of graduates. This paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the full employment of graduates in Hebei province. First of all, determine the research content and introduce the relevant theory. By analyzing the domestic and foreign research on graduates' employment, and defining the basic concepts of college graduates, employment and so on, under the guidance of Okken's law, Keynes's employment theory and other related theories, it lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up research. Secondly, this paper analyzes the employment status of the 2014 college graduates in Hebei Province. Through the data statistics of the questionnaire of 2014 college graduates in Hebei Province, this paper analyzes the employment status of the 2014 college graduates in Hebei Province from the two aspects of the employment status and the employment concept of the graduates. Thirdly, this paper discusses the influencing factors of graduates' employment. This paper analyzes the socio-economic factors and the local factors in Hebei province from the macro point of view, and carries on the quantitative analysis to the individual and the family factors from the microcosmic angle by the regression analysis based on the survey data. In order to promote the full employment of graduates to provide a reasonable scientific basis. Finally, the countermeasures to promote the full employment of graduates are put forward. In view of the factors affecting graduates' employment and the basic situation of Hebei Province, from the point of view of government, society, universities, individuals and families, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the full employment of college graduates in Hebei Province.
