大学章程建设与大学内部治理中权力的制衡与协调

【摘要】：大学章程是大学"宪章"和"基本法",从根本上确立大学的管理体制和治理结构。大学内部治理是大学章程的具体贯彻层面,需要在大学章程的规范和约束下,通过科学明晰的权力分配和运行规范,获得大学章程的肯定和支持,以增强大学治理结构的正当性与合理性。
