社会工作理念与方法在大学生思想政治教育中的运用研究

【摘要】：新形势下大学生思想政治教育面临越来越多的困境,使得大学生的学业、就业、思想、情感、经济方面面临的压力越来越大,大学生行为和心理问题也变得越来越复杂,给大学生思想政治教育带来了新的挑战。大学生思想政治教育必须不断创新、与时俱进,以适应社会发展的要求,满足大学生全面发展的需要。社会工作为大学生思想政治教育的创新提供了新的视角,在大学生思想政治教育中渗透社会工作理念,借鉴社会工作方法,帮助大学生提高学习与生活的能力,解决面临的各种问题,实现个人的全面发展及学校的教育目标,对于大学生思想政治教育坚持和落实以人为本,提高学生思想政治教育的实效性、针对性具有借鉴意义。本文在党中央有关加强和改进大学生思想政治教育文件精神的指导下,运用大学生思想政治教育学原理和社会工作相关理论,对“社会工作理念与方法在大学生思想政治教育中的运用”这一课题进行了初步探讨。本文共分为五部分: 第一部分为导论,介绍了研究课题的提出及研究的意义、相关研究现状、研究方法与创新点、研究的思路、核心概念说明。第二部分论述了在大学生思想政治教育中运用社会工作理念与方法的必要性,主要从三个方面论述:一是大学生思想政治教育面临的挑战,包括高校扩招使大学生思想政治教育任务更艰巨、计算机网络技术的发展和应用,给大学生思想政治教育增加了难度、大学生群体结构变化,大学生弱势群体的问题凸出这三个方面,分析了当代大学生思想政治教育面临那些挑战。二是适应大学生思想政治教育的发展要求;主要从大学生思想政治教育观念、大学生思想政治教育的方法这两个方面分析了大学生思想政治教育的优势及其不足之处。第三部分论述了在大学生思想政治教育中运用社会工作理念与方法的可行性,主要从社会工作与思想政治教育的相通性为在大学生思想政治教育中运用社会工作理念和方法提供了基本前提(逻辑起点具有契合性、价值追求的契合性性、实践过程具有契合性)及社会工作及其专业教育的快速发展为在大学生思想政治教育中运用社会工作理念和方法提供了可能性这两个方来论证。第四部分论述了在大学生思想政治教育中运用社会工作理念与方法的运用方略,第一个方面论述了社会工作理念运用于大学生思想政治教育中的运用方略,把社会工作核心理念“助人自助、尊重与平等、服务”理念链接于大学生思想政治教育理念之中。第二个方面论述了社会工作方法运用于大学生思想政治教育中的运用方略,主要引入了社会工作中的“个案社会工作方法与团体工作方法”。第五部分为结束语,总结全文,并提出今后努力的方向。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation, the ideological and political education of college students is faced with more and more difficulties, which makes the academic, employment, ideological, emotional and economic pressure of college students become more and more serious, and the behavior and psychological problems of college students become more and more complicated. It brings new challenges to the ideological and political education of college students. The ideological and political education of college students must innovate constantly and keep pace with the times in order to meet the requirements of social development and meet the needs of all-round development of college students. Social work provides a new perspective for the innovation of college students' ideological and political education, permeates the concept of social work in the ideological and political education of college students, draws lessons from social work methods, and helps college students to improve their ability to study and live. To solve all kinds of problems and realize the all-round development of the individual and the educational goal of the school are of reference significance for the college students' ideological and political education to adhere to and implement the people-oriented education and to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of the students. Under the guidance of the Party Central Committee on strengthening and improving the document spirit of college students' ideological and political education, this paper applies the principles of ideological and political pedagogy of college students and the relevant theories of social work. This paper discusses the application of the concept and method of social work in the ideological and political education of college students. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is an introduction, which introduces the significance of the research topic, the related research status, the research methods and innovation points, the research ideas, and the description of the core concept. The second part discusses the necessity of applying the concept and method of social work in the ideological and political education of college students, mainly from three aspects: first, the challenges faced by the ideological and political education of college students; The development and application of computer network technology has made the ideological and political education of college students more difficult, and the group structure of college students has changed, and the development and application of computer network technology has made it more difficult for college students to increase their ideological and political education. The problems of the vulnerable groups of college students highlight these three aspects, and analyze the challenges faced by the ideological and political education of the contemporary college students. The second is to meet the requirements of the development of college students' ideological and political education, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the ideological and political education of college students from two aspects: the concept of ideological and political education of college students and the methods of ideological and political education of college students. The third part discusses the feasibility of applying the concept and method of social work in the ideological and political education of college students. The similarities between social work and ideological and political education provide the basic premise for the application of social work ideas and methods in the ideological and political education of college students (the logical starting point is consistent and the value pursuit is compatible). The rapid development of social work and its professional education provides the possibility of applying the concept and method of social work in the ideological and political education of college students. The fourth part discusses the strategy of applying social work concept and method in college students' ideological and political education. The first part discusses the application strategy of social work concept in college students' ideological and political education. The core concept of social work, "helping others to help themselves, respect and equality, service", is linked to the idea of ideological and political education of college students. The second part discusses the application strategy of social work method in college students' ideological and political education, mainly introduces the "case social work method and group work method" in social work. The fifth part is the conclusion, summarizes the full text, and puts forward the direction of future efforts.
