心理健康教育在高校思想政治教育中的应用性研究

【摘要】：在新时期,心理健康教育纳入到思想政治教育体系当中,有利于为思想政治教育的发展开拓新的思路,进一步促进思想政治教育的科学化的发展。本文是以马克思主义理论为指导,以全球化环境为大背景,以当代高校的实际情况为基点,旨在把心理健康教育的理论及其方法引入到高校思想政治教育当中,让高校的思想政治教育在新国情、世情、社情的浪潮里仍能指引高校的学生确立正确的价值观与人生观。论文的第一部分主要阐述了此研究内容的背景,以及借鉴已有的心理健康教育和高校思想政治教育的理论基础,分析两者的关系,最后指出了本文的研究内容和研究方法。论文的第二部分通过对国外与国内把心理健康教育引入到思想政治教育当中的实践情况进行对比,为我国把心理健康教育引入高校思想政治教育提供了宝贵的借鉴意义。论文的第三部分进一步论述了心理健康教育何以对高校思想政治教育具有适用性,首先分析了当前的新情况新背景下,我国高校思想政治教育一些不适应当前发展的问题,其次论证了当前心理健康教育的特点正好能弥补当前思想政治教育的一些问题。论文的第四部分论述了心理健康教育对高校思想政治教育适用性的实践路径,包括转变工作理念,坚持以人为本；更新原有思想政治教育的模式,拓展教育途径；在教育队伍上要有机结合,加强师资的整合。心理健康教育与高校思想政治教育的结合在现阶段的研究不断扩大,虽然对于两者如何结合的具体实施上还存在许多不足,但我们坚信,随着研究的不断深入,心理健康教育对于高校思想政治教育的适用性会不断得到体现,高校思想政治教育的发展也会上升到一个新的台阶。
[Abstract]:In the new period, mental health education is brought into the system of ideological and political education, which is conducive to opening up new ideas for the development of ideological and political education and further promoting the scientific development of ideological and political education. Under the guidance of Marxist theory and the background of globalization, this paper aims to introduce the theory and method of mental health education into the ideological and political education of colleges and universities, based on the actual situation of contemporary colleges and universities. Let the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new national conditions, the world, the tide of social conditions can still guide college students to establish correct values and outlook on life. The first part of this paper mainly describes the background of this research content, as well as the existing psychological health education and ideological and political education of the theoretical basis, analysis of the relationship between the two, finally pointed out the research content and research methods. The second part of the paper compares the practice of introducing mental health education into ideological and political education at home and abroad, which provides valuable reference for our country to introduce mental health education into ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The third part of the paper further discusses the applicability of mental health education to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Firstly, it analyzes the new situation and the new background, some problems that the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China do not adapt to the current development. Secondly, it demonstrates that the characteristics of the current mental health education can just make up for some problems of the current ideological and political education. The fourth part of the paper discusses the applicability of mental health education to ideological and political education in colleges and universities, including changing the concept of work, adhering to the people-oriented, renewing the original mode of ideological and political education, expanding the way of education; In the education team, we should combine organically and strengthen the integration of teachers. The combination of mental health education and ideological and political education in colleges and universities continues to expand at this stage, although there are still many deficiencies in the concrete implementation of how to combine the two, we firmly believe that with the continuous deepening of the research, The applicability of mental health education to ideological and political education in colleges and universities will be constantly reflected, and the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities will rise to a new level.
