免费师范生的教师公民意识培养研究

【摘要】:免费师范生的培养对于促进教育资源的优化配置、落后及农村地区教育发展有着重要意义。为了坚定免费师范生长期从教、终身从教的信念,确保免费师范生到落后及农村地区执鞭任教,有必要增强免费师范生的教师公民意识。所谓教师公民意识,就是教师对自己所享有的权利和责任的一种自觉认知,对自身职业地位、价值及尊严的一种积极反映,其核心就是教师公民的权利和责任意识。一般而言,有什么样的公民意识就会产生什么样的公民行为,只有免费师范生具有良好的教师公民意识才能产生良好的教师公民行为。因此,有必要对免费师范生教师公民意识进行全面系统的研究,推进免费师范生权利意识和责任意识的形成,进而更好地为基础教育尤其是落后及农村地区的基础教育作贡献。全文共分为三个部分: 第一部分,分析公民意识基本理论。首先从公民、公民意识的概念开始探讨,简要介绍公民在各个历史时期的变化和发展,引出现代意义上的公民概念,并对公民权利和公民责任进行分析概括。以此为逻辑思路,分析公民意识及公民意识的核心内容,即权利意识和责任意识。在公民、公民意识这一理论背景下,从教师身份的角度引出教师公民及教师公民意识的基本内涵和内容构成。 第二部分,通过问卷调查形式,首先分析免费师范生教师公民意识存在的主要问题,即教育教学权利意识较强,但缺乏全面的理解;追求教育公平的责任意识较强,但认知与行为相背离;社会正义感责任意识较强,但认知存在偏差;有一定的专业发展责任意识,但从教意志不坚定。然后针对这些问题探讨影响免费师范生教师公民意识形成的原因,学校层面:教育教学改革过程中,免费师范生参与度不高,对落后及农村地区教育的关注不够;教师层面:教师工资待遇水平的影响,拖欠教师工资现象的影响,教师职业压力的影响;免费师范生个人层面:师范生对权利的过分注重,师范生对免费教育政策的误读。 第三部分,针对原因提出增强免费师范生教师公民意识问题的对策,通过见习、研习和实践活动的开展,不断强化免费师范生参与教育教学改革及学校管理能力;开展教育教学服务活动,培养免费师范生的基层感情,强化责任意识;加强职业理想教育,坚定免费师范生的职业理想和教师职业理想。
[Abstract]:The training of free normal students is of great significance to promote the optimal allocation of educational resources, backwardness and the development of education in rural areas. In order to strengthen the belief of free normal school students in teaching and lifelong teaching, and to ensure that free normal students go to backward and rural areas to teach, it is necessary to strengthen teachers' citizenship consciousness of free normal school students. The so-called teachers' citizenship consciousness is a kind of conscious cognition of their own rights and responsibilities, and a positive reflection of their professional status, value and dignity. Its core is the awareness of the rights and responsibilities of the teachers' citizens. Generally speaking, what kind of citizenship consciousness will produce what kind of citizenship behavior, only free normal school students have a good sense of citizenship of teachers can produce good teacher citizenship behavior. Therefore, it is necessary to make a comprehensive and systematic study on the civil consciousness of free normal school students, to promote the formation of the consciousness of right and responsibility of the free normal students, and to make a better contribution to the basic education, especially the basic education in the backward and rural areas. The full text is divided into three parts: the first part, the analysis of the basic theory of civic consciousness. First of all, this paper discusses the concept of citizen and citizen consciousness, briefly introduces the change and development of citizen in each historical period, leads to the concept of citizen in modern sense, and analyzes and generalizes the civil rights and civil responsibility. Taking this as a logical train of thought, this paper analyzes the core contents of citizen consciousness and citizen consciousness, namely, the consciousness of right and the consciousness of responsibility. Under the background of the theory of citizen and citizenship consciousness, this paper introduces the basic connotation and content composition of teacher citizenship and teacher citizenship consciousness from the angle of teacher's identity. The second part, through the form of questionnaire, firstly analyzes the main problems existing in the civic consciousness of free normal school students, that is, the awareness of the right of education and teaching is strong, but the lack of comprehensive understanding; The responsibility consciousness of pursuing educational justice is strong, but cognition deviates from behavior; social justice sense of responsibility is strong, but cognition is biased; there is a certain sense of responsibility for professional development, but the will of teaching is not firm. Then it discusses the reasons that affect the formation of free normal school students' citizenship consciousness. At the school level: in the process of education and teaching reform, the participation degree of free normal students is not high, and the attention to backward and rural education is not enough; At the level of teachers, the influence of teachers' salary level, the phenomenon of defaulting on teachers' wages, the influence of teachers' professional pressure, the individual level of free teachers' students: the excessive attention to rights of teachers' students and the misreading of free education policies by teachers' students. The third part, according to the reason, puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the free normal school students' citizenship consciousness, and strengthens the free normal students' ability to participate in the reform of education and teaching and the ability of school management through the development of probation, study and practical activities. To develop education and teaching service activities, cultivate the basic feelings of free normal school students, strengthen the sense of responsibility, strengthen the vocational ideal education, strengthen the professional ideal of free normal school students and teachers' professional ideals.
