大学生职业决策自我效能感影响因素及高校就业指导工作对策

【摘要】:职业决策自我效能感对个体职业发展具有重要的调节作用。影响大学生职业决策自我效能感的因素主要有性别因素、生源地因素、年级因素、归因风格因素等。针对影响大学生职业决策自我效能感的因素,高校就业指导工作应关注女大学生群体,有针对性地开展职业指导;关注农村大学生群体,给予其帮扶性就业指导;关注大学教育全过程,建立系统化的就业指导工作体系;开展积极归因训练,提升大学生职业决策自我效能感。
[Abstract]:The sense of self-efficacy in career decision-making plays an important role in the regulation of individual career development. The main factors influencing college students' self-efficacy in career decision-making are gender factor, source factor, grade factor, attribution style factor and so on. In view of the factors that affect college students' sense of self-efficacy in career decision-making, college employment guidance should pay attention to female college students and carry out vocational guidance, pay attention to rural college students and give them helpful employment guidance. Pay close attention to the whole process of college education, establish a systematic system of employment guidance, carry out active attribution training to promote college students' sense of self-efficacy in career decision-making.
