实验队伍稳定发展的一些举措

【摘要】:高校实验队伍是教学、科研的重要支撑和保障。目前实验队伍存在地位低,薪资待遇差,评聘、考核制度不健全的现状,这些严重影响了实验队伍的稳定与发展,进而影响高校整体的教学与科研。面对这些问题,有针对性地提出以下举措来改善这种状况:加强管理,扭转观念;采取多种手段提高实验人员待遇;制定符合实验室特点的评聘、考核体系与激励机制。通过逐步落实这些举措,促进了实验队伍的稳定发展。
[Abstract]:The experimental team of colleges and universities is the important support and guarantee of teaching and scientific research. At present, the status of the experimental team is low, the salary is poor, the evaluation and the evaluation system is not perfect, which seriously affects the stability and development of the experimental team, and then affects the teaching and scientific research of the university as a whole. In the face of these problems, the following measures are put forward to improve the situation: strengthening management and changing ideas; adopting various means to improve the treatment of laboratory personnel; making evaluation, assessment system and incentive mechanism in accordance with the characteristics of the laboratory. Through the step-by-step implementation of these measures, the steady development of the experimental team has been promoted.
