过度教师教育的知识论反思

【摘要】:在教育知识生产专业化、批量化的时代,过度教师教育的产生实属必然。教师专业发展的多端性、多源性、复杂性、多路径决定了:教育知识既不是教师专业发展的唯一内容、唯一资源与唯一路径,也不都是教师专业发展的必需营养品。我国联体教师教育体制的现实表明:时代依然需要教育知识,但其存在的合法空间应当适度收缩。选择教育知识,以核心教育知识为基轴来优化教师教育课程,是防控过度教师教育的有效出路。
[Abstract]:In the era of specialization and batch of educational knowledge production, the emergence of excessive teacher education is inevitable. The multi-terminal, multi-source, complexity and multi-path of teachers' professional development determine that educational knowledge is neither the only content, the only resource and the only path of teachers' professional development, nor is it all necessary nutrients for teachers' professional development. The reality of China's conjoined teacher education system shows that the times still need educational knowledge, but the legal space for its existence should be moderately reduced. It is an effective way to prevent and control excessive teacher education to choose educational knowledge and optimize teacher education curriculum based on core educational knowledge.
