大学生学习态度转变的理论与实践探索

【摘要】:大学生是高等院校教育的主体。这个群体的成长成才关系到高等教育发展的未来,他们的学习态度直接影响学习效果和质量,进而直接影响着高校教育的质量和长远发展。良好的学习态度一旦在个体学习者的脑海和身心中形成,它将在人的生活和学习中发挥着积极重要的作用。大学生的学习态度具有可变性,其态度转变包含了外部环境的影响和自身不懈的努力。大学生学习态度转变需要积极营造良好的外部环境,为学习者提供有利的学习和成长环境,同时努力提升大学生的自身综合素质,是转变大学生学习态度的重要因素。论文基于抽样法进行调查研究,以陕西几所高校的学生为抽样调查研究对象,运用实证研究的方法,对大学生的总体学习态度进行全面了解。根据详细的调查材料及数据,从不同层面梳理影响大学生学习态度的因素,深入分析实地调研资料和个体访谈,得出影响大学生学习态度的主导因素和相关结论,最后提出合理化的政策措施。本研究主要以管理学、教育学、组织行为学、心理学等学科理论为导向,思想政治教育理论为出发点,采用多种研究方法对当代大学生的学习态度做了细致、全面的调查研究。这项研究不仅为大学生心理学研究提供新参考,而且为引领大学生健全人格的养成教育、开展多类型的成才教育模式提供重要启发,对高等学校教育大学生趋于良好学习态度的转变及素质的提高提供参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:College students are the main body of higher education. The growth and development of this group is related to the future of the development of higher education. Their learning attitude directly affects the learning effect and quality, and then directly affects the quality and long-term development of higher education. Once a good learning attitude is formed in the mind and body and mind of individual learners, it will play a positive and important role in people's life and learning. College students' learning attitude is variable, and their attitude change includes the influence of external environment and their own unremitting efforts. The change of college students' learning attitude needs to actively create a good external environment, provide a favorable learning and growth environment for learners, and strive to improve their own comprehensive quality, which is an important factor to change college students' learning attitude. Based on the sampling method, this paper takes the students from several colleges and universities in Shaanxi as the object of sampling investigation, and makes a comprehensive understanding of the overall learning attitude of college students by using the method of empirical research. According to the detailed survey materials and data, this paper combs the factors that affect the learning attitude of college students from different levels, deeply analyzes the field research data and individual interviews, and draws the leading factors and related conclusions that affect the learning attitude of college students. Finally, the reasonable policy measures are put forward. This study is mainly guided by management, pedagogy, organizational behavior, psychology and other disciplines, ideological and political education theory as the starting point, using a variety of research methods to make a detailed and comprehensive investigation and research on the learning attitude of contemporary college students. This study not only provides a new reference for the psychological research of college students, but also provides important inspiration for leading the cultivation education of college students' sound personality and carrying out various types of talent education models. It provides reference and reference for the transformation of college students' learning attitude and the improvement of their quality.
