师生团队模式下科研人员信息查询行为与创新行为互动机理研究

【摘要】:目的:高等学校是建设学习型社会、创新型社会的一支生力军,工作人员创新能力是高水平大学的主要标志。信息查询行为有助于掌握课题研究的进展动态,开拓思路,避免重复劳动,把研究水平提到新的高度,提高科研人员信息查询行为可以间接促进其创新行为。本研究旨在探讨师生团队模式下科研人员信息查询行为和创新行为的互动机理,比较不同学科、不同规模、不同团队模式、不同性别师生团队科研人员的信息查询行为和创新行为的差异,为提高信息查询行为和创新行为制定相应的对策。 方法:对中南大学交通运输工程学院、数学与统计学院、外国语学院、公共管理学院、商学院和基础医学院的52个师生团队进行调查,运用文献分析法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、比较分析法等对师生团队模式下科研人员的信息查询行为、创新行为、二者相关性及影响因素、与信息需求的关系进行实证研究。 结果:中南大学六个学科师生团队信息查询行为水平较高,从信息查询行为得分均值来看,医学师生团队的信息查询行为得分最高,M=3.68,理学最差,M=3.40;医学师生团队的信息获取能力显著强于理学、文学、法学,管理学、工学的信息获取能力显著强于理学,工学的信息获取能力强于文学;医学、工学师生团队的信息利用能力强于理学;不同性别科研人员的信息意识在α=0.05检验水准下存在差异,且男性强于女性;以信息查询行为因变量,以信息查询行为6个维度为自变量进行多元逐步回归,可知信息获取对信息查询行为的影响最大,其次是信息利用,影响最小的是信息组织管理; 中南大学六个学科师生团队创新行为水平较高,从创新行为得分均值来看,医学师生团队的创新行为得分最高,M=3.49,其次是工学,M=3.28,文学得分最低,M=3.07;医学的创新行为显著强于管理学、理学、文学和法学;医学的创新意识强于管理学、理学和文学,工学的创新意识强于管理学和文学;小规模团队的创新意识强于大规模团队;不同性别科研人员创新行为及各维度在α=0.05检验水准下,均存在差异,且男性强于女性;创新成果与创新行为、创新意识、创新能力和创新精神在0.01水平上显著相关;以创新行为因变量,以创新意识、创新能力、创新精神和创新成果为自变量进行多元逐步回归,可知创新能力对创新行为的影响最大,创新意识影响最小; 不同师生团队模式下科研人员的信息需求不存在差异;总体信息需求、目标信息需求和动机信息需求在0.01水平(双侧)上与信息查询行为及各维度均显著相关;总体信息需求、目标信息需求和动机信息需求在0.01水平(双侧)上与创新行为及各维度均显著相关; 师生团队模式下科研人员信息查询行为及各个维度与创新行为及各个维度之间存在显著的相关关系; 信息查询频率、计算机水平、信息检索水平、研究主题知识水平、独立的信息查询空间、情绪、结果“适度满足”的想法、遇到问题、交流信息检索经验技巧、他人的支持、单位的激励政策与信息查询行为在0.01水平(双侧)上显著相关,参加信息查询相关课程或讲座与信息查询行为在0.05水平(双侧)上显著相关;由逐步回归分析可知,研究主题知识水平对信息查询行为的影响最大; 队员能否及时完成任务、对团队愿景目标的认识、个人愿景与团队愿景的一致性、团队反思能力、国家的激励政策与师生团队模式下科研人员创新行为在0.01水平(双侧)上显著相关,导师的领导、单位的鼓励与师生团队模式下科研人员创新行为在0.05水平(双侧)上显著相关;由逐步回归分析可知,对团队愿景目标的认识对师生团队的创新行为的影响最大。 结论:师生团队模式下科研人员信息需求与信息查询行为及各维度和创新行为及各维度显著相关,信息查询行为及其各维度与创新行为及其各维度存在相关关系,信息需求可以激发信息查询行为和创新行为,而信息查询行为和创新行为反过来可以反馈出信息需求;师生团队模式下科研人员的信息查询行为与创新行为之间相互作用和影响,形成良性互动。图8幅,表49个,参考文献119篇。
