上海市男女大学生同性友谊冲突定性比较研究

尽管关于人际冲突的研究一直为传播学学者们所热衷,但对于友谊冲突的关注度并不甚高。实际上,友谊并非是不掺杂矛盾冲突或消极情绪的完美关系。通过采访上海市高校男女大学生各十名,本研究试图从动态,女性,本土人际三大视角揭示和比较男女的同性友谊冲突处理方式。本论文两大研究问题为:1.上海市男女大学生如何处理其同性友谊中冲突;2.其中存在哪些性别共同点和差异。本论文首先对文中涉及到的关键概念和国内外重要理论进行了总结。尤其是关于冲突方式模型的演变和发展,国内外学者对于中国文化处理冲突的特点的分析,和性别研究的方法,文献回顾部分均有详细介绍。主体部分主要从以下五个方面分别对同性友谊冲突进行分析:对同性友谊和友谊冲突的感知认识,冲突原因,冲突定向,冲突反应,和冲突结果。根据二元利益模型提出的五种基本冲突策略以及Ting-Toomey和Oetzel(2001)在其基础上补充的另外三大冲突方式,本研究总结了七大同性友谊冲突方式:说,迁就,对抗,抚慰,折衷,第三方介入和退避。研究总结发现,尽管男女大学生在同性友谊冲突中存在一些差异,但总体上仍然是相似性大于差异性。这与Thompson(1990)总结的偶然因...
