【摘要】:谋求可持续发展已经成为当今国际社会的共识。在教育发展方面,可持续发展教育思潮日益兴起。本研究从可持续发展教育的角度来审视云南省高等教育的发展,从中发掘出了高等教育结构方面存在的一些亟待改善之处,其中较为突出的一方面是高等教育科类结构不合理。 本研究将落脚点立于云南省高等教育科类结构上,主要研究内容分为以下五个部分:首先是文献研究,通过文献法对近年来云南省高等教育结构方面的研究进行了系统综述;其次是历史与现状研究,从高等教育的主要指标总结了云南省高等教育发展的状况;第三是本研究的主体:科类结构研究,以统计分析法对云南省2011年高等教育计划招生的专科科类、本科科类以及研究生科类结构分别进行了研究;第四是个案研究,分别对云南省三所高校的专科招生科类、本科招生科类以及研究生招生科类进行了分析;最后是科类结构总结与策略提出,在比对分析了此三类教育层次科类结构的特点、问题的基础上,结合云南省目前的社会政治经济文化发展现状,从社会政治经济文化、高校以及人的可持续发展三方面对云南省高等教育科类结构调整的策略进行了思考,提出了一些建议。 在高等教育科类发展的进程中,每个地方都有其特殊需求,也具有其特色资源与优势地位。盲目追随全国或者其他地区的发展模式只可能丢失自身的特色,浪费了发展的独特优势,这种发展模式会使得地方高等教育泯然于全国甚至落后于全国,非但高等教育自身难以实现可持续发展,而且还会拖地方社会发展的后腿。因此,本文认为,云南省独特的地域优势、丰富的资源优势以及多样的民族文化等决定了云南省可持续发展的思路应当是特色化、地方化的,也决定了高等教育科类结构应当是多元性、可持续性的。
[Abstract]:The pursuit of sustainable development has become the consensus of the international community today. The trend of thought of sustainable development education is rising day by day. This study examines the development of higher education in Yunnan Province from the angle of sustainable development education, and finds out some urgent problems in the structure of higher education. One of the more prominent is the irrational structure of higher education. This study will focus on the structure of higher education in Yunnan Province, the main research content is divided into the following five parts: first, literature research. This paper systematically summarizes the research on the structure of higher education in Yunnan Province in recent years through the method of literature. Secondly, the history and current situation are studied, and the development of higher education in Yunnan Province is summarized from the main indicators of higher education. The third is the main body of this study: the study of the structure of the branch category, with the statistical analysis of the higher education program enrollment in 2011 in Yunnan Province, the specialized, undergraduate and graduate branches of the structure were studied; 4th is a case study, the three colleges and universities in Yunnan Province, the specialized enrollment of the subject, undergraduate enrollment and graduate students of the category were analyzed; Finally, the summary and strategy of the structure of the three types of education are put forward. On the basis of comparing and analyzing the characteristics and problems of the three levels of education, the author combines the current situation of social, political, economic and cultural development in Yunnan Province. In this paper, the strategies of adjusting the structure of higher education in Yunnan Province are considered from the aspects of social, political, economic and cultural, colleges and universities, and the sustainable development of human beings, and some suggestions are put forward. In the process of higher education development, each place has its special needs, but also has its unique resources and advantages. Blindly follow the development model of the whole country or other regions can only lose its own characteristics. Wasting the unique advantages of development, this development model will make local higher education to fall behind the whole country, not only the higher education itself is difficult to achieve sustainable development. And it will also delay the development of local society. Therefore, this paper believes that Yunnan Province has a unique regional advantage. The abundant resource superiority and the diverse national culture decide the thought of sustainable development of Yunnan Province should be characteristic, localization, and decide that the structure of higher education subject should be pluralistic and sustainable.
