数学师范生实践课程的调查研究

【摘要】:数学师范生实践课程是师范生理论联系实际,获得为师从教的实际能力与全面提高综合素质的一个重要途径,也是检验高师院校的办学理念、培养方案、教学内容和教学水平的方法之一。开设实践课程的目的是培养师范生的职业意识,促使师范生掌握教师职业的基本技能,提高其从事教育教学及科研工作的实际能力。为此,高师院校实践课程的设置和开设情况直接影响到师范生职业意识的形成和教学技能的掌握。随着社会和科学技术的不断发展,基础教育对数学教师的要求不断提高,因此,我们有必要对高师院校开设的实践课程进行调查研究。 本文在对相关研究成果进行梳理和总结后,主要从三个视角对实践课程设置和开设情况进行调查研究。 1.对高师院校专家教师进行访谈 通过访谈高师院校专家教师了解目前高师院校数学师范生实践课程设置的总体情况以及开设情况,发现目前高师院校开设的实践课程内容比较丰富,大致包括模拟课堂教学、教育见习、教育实习、社会实践、论文写作课程等,课时比例也在不断增加,大约占17%左右。但高师院校对师范生的社会实践不够重视,同时也没有把教育研习和论文写作课程作为独立的课程开设,在培养师范生的教育教学科研能力方面也相对忽视。 2.对大四实习生的调查 本研究从课前准备技能、课堂教学技能、教学评价与反思技能三个维度考查师范生教学技能掌握的情况,同时对师范生希望增设的实践课程以及心目中最实用的课程和对教育实习的看法等方面进行了质与量的研究,得到以下结论:(1)师范生对教学媒体使用比较熟练,但在教学评价上做得不好,只有一半的实习生对自己的课堂教学很满意,可以看出,高师院校给师范生开设的模拟课堂教学训练,没有收到很好的效果。(2)师范生希望增加的实践课程和认为最实用的课程都是一些应用性较强且与中学教学联系比较紧密的课程,即教育实践课程。对于参加过教育实习的师范生来说,他们已经体会到了实践课程的重要性,但对高师院校实践课程开设时间以及教学情况不满意。(3)师范生认为自己在教育实习前两周的准备比较充分,对高师院校指导老师和实习学校指导老师的评价很高,但希望自己在教育实习中能有更多的讲课和参与班级管理的机会。建议高师院校与实习学校加强联系,给他们带来更多的方便。 3.对高中数学指导教师的调查 本研究主要从课前准备技能、课堂教学技能两个维度来调查中学指导教师对实习生这些技能掌握的评价,并调查了他们对高师院校开设的实践课程的看法、他们心中对师范生最有帮助的课程有哪些以及对合理设置和开设实践课程的想法,得到的结论是:(1)师范生对中学教材比较陌生,在对学生分析、教材处理、教学策略三方面存在很大欠缺。可能是因为高师院校指导老师在开设实践课程时对师范生的指导不到位,笔者建议可以聘请中学教师来担任师范生模拟课堂教学训练的指导老师;(2)师范生平时参与真实的教学情境太少,在教育实习时课堂教学缺乏有效的教学机智,建议增加教育实习的次数;(3)中学教师认为对师范生最有帮助的课程和师范生认为最实用的课程大体一致,但中学教师指出师范生以及年轻教师在基础教育科研方而相对生疏,建议高师院校要重视对师范生科研能力的培养。他们认为高师院校实践课程设置比较全面,但开设效果不佳,建议延长教育见习、实习时间。同时他们也比较乐意指导实习生,但希望高师院校指导老师也能够积极配合,促使教育实习有效实施。 在上述发现的基础上,本研究还进一步给出了实践课程设置和开设的建议,并对本文的研究结论进行探讨。
[Abstract]:The practice of mathematics teachers and curriculum students theory and practice, to obtain practical ability under the tutelage of teaching and an important way to improve the comprehensive quality of comprehensive, but also test the education concept, training programs, teaching contents and teaching methods of open practice level. The purpose of this course is to train the students' occupation consciousness basic skills, prompt students understanding teachers' occupation, improve their practical ability in education and teaching and scientific research. Therefore, the practice of high colleges and universities curriculum settings and courses directly affect the normal students occupation consciousness formation and teaching skills. With the continuous development of society and science and technology, requirements of basic education mathematics teachers continue to improve, therefore, it is necessary for us to set up the investigation of college practice course.
After combing and summarizing the relevant research results, this paper mainly investigates the setting and opening of the practice curriculum from three perspectives.
1. interviews with expert teachers in Higher Normal Colleges and Universities
Through expert interviews with normal university teachers' understanding of the overall situation at present in Colleges Mathematics Teachers Practical Curriculum and courses in normal universities, found that the current practice of the curriculum content is quite rich, including simulation teaching, educational probation, education practice, social practice, writing course, class proportion is also increasing and about 17%. But the social practice of normal students in normal colleges and universities do not pay enough attention, and there is no education studying and writing course as an independent course, is relatively neglected in the education scientific research ability training of normal students.
2. survey of senior interns
The study of preparation skills from before class, classroom teaching skills, teaching evaluation and teaching skills of reflective skills three dimensions to examine students, at the same time the normal students hope the most practical courses and practice courses added in mind and the views of educational practice and other aspects of the quantitative and qualitative study, get the following conclusion: (1) normal students on teaching media use more skilled, but in teaching evaluation is not done well, only half of the interns in their classroom teaching very satisfied, can be seen in normal universities to normal students teaching simulation training, have received very good results. (2) normal students hope to increase the practice course and that the most practical courses are some practical and close contact with the middle school teaching curriculum, namely the education practice course for normal university students participated in educational practice, they have Realize the importance of the practice courses, but of course in Higher Normal Colleges practice teaching and the opening time are not satisfied with the situation. (3) students think their education before practice two weeks to prepare more fully, high evaluation of college instructor and practice school teacher, but I hope he can have more the lectures and participate in class management opportunities in education practice. Suggestions of normal universities and colleges and training schools to strengthen ties and bring more convenience to them.
3. investigation of mathematics instructors in high school
This research mainly from the pre class preparation skills, the two dimensions of classroom teaching skills to guide the investigation of middle school teachers' evaluation of the intern skills, and investigated their creation in Higher Normal Colleges and universities practice curriculum views, their hearts of normal university students most helpful courses which as well as the reasonable setting and practical courses the idea, the conclusions are: (1) students unfamiliar to school textbooks, textbooks for students in the analysis, there is a big lack of teaching strategies in three aspects. It may be because college instructor in practical courses of teachers guidance is not in place, the author suggests that middle school teachers can employ to serve simulation of normal students classroom instruction training instructor; (2) normal life in the real teaching situation is too small, in the education practice teaching the lack of effective teaching tact, proposed to increase The number of teaching practice; (3) middle school teachers think that college students in most helpful courses and students think that the most practical course is largely the same, but the middle school teachers and young teachers pointed out that the normal students in basic education and scientific research is relatively unfamiliar, it is suggested that normal universities should attach great importance to the cultivation of scientific research ability of normal school students. They think the practice course in normal colleges is more comprehensive, but the creation of poor results, proposed to extend the education internship, internship time. At the same time they are also more willing to guide the intern, but I hope that college teacher can also actively cooperate to effective implementation of educational practice.
On the basis of the above findings, this study further gives some suggestions on the setting and opening of the practical curriculum, and discusses the conclusions of this study.
