【摘要】：在我们现在所处的社会背景下,实现法治化己成为全社会达成的普遍共识。事实上,法律也不知不觉地成为国家最主要的社会调节手段。建立社会主义法治国家这一宏伟目标的正式提出,以及关于社会主义市场经济就是法治经济的这一观念的最终确立,都可以看出法治对现代社会的生活显得何等重要。法律对现代社会的影响面日益宽泛,而且影响的深度也在不断加深。然而在推进法治化的进程中,我们还面临着诸多亟待解决的问题和困境,如何进一步推进法治建设,建立一个更为公正合理的社会主义现代化国家,可以说,法治教育是其中的关键环节之一,而作为社会主义现代化建设的建设者和接班人的大学生群体,则是法治教育的重要主体。不难看出,高校大学生法治教育现状得失及其未来发展规划的课题研究将是一项非常紧迫,现实意义与历史意义并重的任务。而如何提升当代大学生的法律素养,增强大学生群体的法治观念,是推进法治教育首先需要思考和解决的问题。时刻关注大学生的法治教育的实施情况,对于加速推进依法治国这一治国方略的进程有着里程碑式的意义。本文在陈述了高校大学生法治教育的必要性和重要性之后,以三个部分对高校大学生法治教育进行了简要的探析。本文的第一部分阐述了高校大学生法治教育的基本理论。文章对法治、法治教育和大学生法治教育的涵义进行了较为深入的研究,重点梳理了大学生法治教育的基本内容。本文的第二部分阐述了大学生法治教育现状、问题及原因。文章分别从高校和社会两个角度探讨了大学生法治教育的现状,梳理了大学生法律素养方面存在的四个问题。在此基础上,从高校和社会两个角度概括了大学生法治教育存在的问题,剖析了这些问题的形成原因。本文的第三部分针对大学生法治教育存在的问题,提出了优化大学生法治教育的对策。这些对策包括整理了大学生法治教育应遵循的五条原则；提出了高校在加强大学生法治教育工作中应采取的三大措施；归纳了社会在加强大学生法治教育工作中应采取的三大举措；明确了大学生加强法治自身教育的三个努力方向。加强当代大学生法治教育是实现“依法治国”方略的需要。“依法治国”是社会主义现代化建设的一个根本任务和原则,也是建设中国特色社会主义政治的一个基本目标和治国方略。这一治国方略的提出表明了我国治国原则和方针的变化。依法治国就是依照体现人民意志的法律治理国家,而不是依照个人意志治理国家。依法治国要求国家各方面的活动都要严格依照法律进行,而不受任何个人和组织的干预。依法治国是进一步发展民主政治的基本要求。民主与法治相互依赖,相互促进,密不可分。民主是法治的基础,法治是民主的保障。要建设社会主义现代化国家,就必须发展社会主义民主,健全社会主义法治,使民主制度化,法治规范化。依法治国是发展社会主义市场经济的客观需要。当前我国经济领域出现不少混乱现象,如失信毁约、制假贩假、偷税漏税、欺行霸市等,这些情况破坏了市场秩序,干扰了国家建设,损害了公民利益,这都与相关法律不够健全以及执法不力有直接关系。市场经济是一种法治经济,离不开法治的保障,成熟的市场经济,必然要求比较完备的法治。所以,法治建设任务就显得更加紧迫。依法治国是建设中国特色社会主义文化的重要条件。只有实行依法治国,才能更好地促进思想道德建设、科学技术进步、文化教育的发展。依法治国也是国家长治久安的重要保障。社会稳定、国家长治久安,是人民的最高利益。当前,国际国内形势正在发生深刻变化,意识形态领域内的斗争也日益激烈和具体化,而国家和民族的前途命运则因此变得难以预测。这就要求我们要依靠法治来协调社会关系,化解社会矛盾,维护社会的稳定。

Based on the statement of the necessity and importance of legal education among college students, the three part makes a brief analysis of the legal education among college students. The first part of this paper describes the basic theory of legal education among college students. The second part expounds the legal education of college students and the reasons for the problem. This paper discusses the present situation of the rule of law education of college students from two aspects of colleges and society, four of College Students' legal literacy problems combing. On this basis, from two angles of colleges and universities this article summarizes the existing social problems of College Students' legal education, analyzes the causes of these problems. The third part of this paper, the rule of law for College Students The problems existing in the education and puts forward some countermeasures to optimize the college students' legal education. These measures include finishing five principles of college students should follow the rule of education; puts forward three measures should be taken in strengthening the college students education law work; summarizes three measures should be taken to strengthen the rule of law education in the social work of the students; the three college students to strengthen the rule of law itself to education.
To strengthen the rule of law education of contemporary college students is the need of "rule of law".
