【摘要】：高校辅导员处在高校思想政治教育的第一线，是高校进行思想政治工作的直接组织者和执行者。同时，高校辅导员也是引导学生身心健康成长的领路人，所以，高校辅导员的队伍建设对于高校的发展以及学生的身心健康有至关重要的作用。 国家历来重视高校辅导员队伍的建设工作，将高校的辅导员队伍建设作为高校的一项基础工作。而关于高校辅导员的队伍建设问题，近年来有很多比较优秀的理论研究成果和实践工作，，其中的一些研究成果在实际应用过程中发挥了很重要的作用。但是，当前的研究成果还不能够完全支撑大学辅导员思想政治工作的需求。本文从当前山西省高校辅导员队伍建设的实际角度，对当前山西省高校辅导员队伍建设进行了深入的研究和探索。 本文首先对高校辅导员的队伍建设研究提供了理论依据，在正确认识高校辅导员的概念、角色定位以及特性、高校辅导员的地位及加强高校辅导员队伍建设的意义等问题的基础上，对高校辅导员队伍建设的背景进行了分析。同时，采取问卷调查的方法，从当前山西省高校辅导员以及高校学生两个角度入手，对当前山西省高校辅导员队伍建设的现状以及存在的问题进行了总结。在分析了当前山西省高校辅导员队伍建设存在问题的产生原因基础上，对新时期高校辅导员队伍建设的应对措施进行了研究，从社会、高校方面以及辅导员方面三个方面进行了总结。
[Abstract]:College counselors are in the first line of Ideological and political education, is the direct organizer of the ideological and political work and execution. At the same time, college counselors is to guide the students' physical and mental health growth, therefore, plays a crucial role in physical and mental construction of college counselor team for the development of colleges and universities and students' health.
The country has always attached great importance to the construction of college counselors work, the counselor team construction in Colleges and universities as a basic work in Colleges and universities. And on college counselors team construction problems, there are a lot of good theoretical research and practical work in recent years, some research results play an important role in the process of actual application however, the current research is not able to fully support the University Counselors' Ideological and political work. From the point of view of the current actual demand in Shanxi Province on the construction of college counselors team, conducted in-depth study and exploration of the current high school counselor team construction in Shanxi province.
This paper provides a theoretical basis for counselors team construction research, the concept of the correct understanding of college counselors, the role and characteristics of College Counselors Based position and strengthen the construction of College Counselors in the meaning of the problem, for college counselors in the background are analyzed. At the same time, using a questionnaire survey method. From the perspective of two current college counselors and college students in Shanxi Province, summarized the current situation of the Shanxi province college counselor team construction and the existing problems. Based on the analysis of the existing problems when the former Shanxi provincial college counselor team construction reasons, construction of college counselor team in the new period measures are studied from three aspects, society, universities and counselors are summarized.
