【摘要】:丹麦民众高等学校诞生于19世纪,已被许多国家证实在成人教育领域的实践是卓有成效的。百余年来,丹麦民众高等学校作为非正规教育的重要组成部分,在成人教育领域产生了广泛而深远的影响,至今仍是众多学者所关注的焦点。其倡导者是被誉为“北欧先觉者”、“民众高等学校之父”的丹麦著名教育家格龙维。由于他所构想的民众高等学校理念影响深远,欧盟在本世纪初就以他的名字命名而提出了“格龙维”计划,旨在关注欧盟各国成人教育的发展。 丹麦民众高等学校起初是在丹麦的农村建立起来,由于当时复杂的社会历史背景,民众高等学校教育的实施旨在恢复民族自信心,唤醒民众爱国精神,促成民族团结。同时在启发人性,培养受教青年及成人有开阔的心胸及人生观,在社会中能愉快的与他人相处,也就是共同生活等方面也具有重要的作用。正是由于在本国成人教育领域的成功实践,丹麦民众高等学校也跨出国界,被北欧、欧美等国家所借鉴。因此,可以说民众高等学校的教育是一种极具价值的教育。 按照发生学的理论,任何事物都不是永恒不变的,而是不断发生着而存在,因而要经历一个不断发展、不断完善的过程,丹麦民众高等学校同样也经历了这样的发展过程。至今仍经久不衰,也表明了丹麦民众高等学校存在的合理性。当前我国也正值终身学习和学习型社会的构建,因而借鉴丹麦民众高等学校的历史经验不无裨益。 本文试图从丹麦民众高等学校的产生背景、发展历史、历史经验、影响等四个方面进行阐述。 第一部分,对丹麦民众高等学校产生的历史背景和思想渊源进行分析,深入挖掘民众高等学校背后产生的历史根源,从而对认识丹麦民众高等学校的办学理念和精髓奠定基础。 第二部分,回顾丹麦民众高等学校的发展历史,试图展现丹麦民众高等学校发展的基本轮廓。通过有代表性的民众高等学校个案——国际民众学院,对丹麦民众高等学校迈向国际化过程中在办学理念、课程设置、教学方式以及经费来源等方面进行深入分析。 第三部分,探寻丹麦民众高等学校自创立至今仍经久不衰的历史经验。 第四部分,丹麦民众高等学校不仅对本国产生了深远的影响,同时也对世界许多国家间接或直接的产生了影响,我国也不例外。最后一部分重点分析丹麦民众高等学校对丹麦本国、北欧国家、北欧以外其他国家和地区的影响。
[Abstract]:The Danish people ' s colleges and universities are born in the 19th century , which has been confirmed by many countries in the field of adult education . More than a hundred years , the Danish people ' s higher education has been the focus of many scholars in the field of adult education . As a result of the successful practice in the field of adult education in the country , the Danish people ' s colleges and universities are also able to learn from other countries such as Northern Europe , Europe and America . Therefore , it can be said that the education of the people ' s higher education is a very valuable education . According to the theory of genetics , there is a continuous development and continuous improvement process , so the Danish people ' s colleges and universities have also experienced such a development process . This paper attempts to expound the background , history , historical experience and influence of the Danish people ' s higher education institutions . The first part analyzes the historical background and ideological origins of the Danish people ' s colleges and universities , and deeply studies the historical root causes behind the people ' s colleges and universities , so as to lay the foundation for understanding the school idea and essence of the Danish people ' s colleges and universities . The second part reviews the history of the development of the Danish people ' s colleges and universities and tries to show the basic outline of the development of the Danish people ' s colleges and universities . Through the representative people ' s colleges of higher learning , the international community college , the Danish people ' s colleges and universities are deeply analyzed in the course of internationalization , such as running school idea , curriculum setting , teaching mode and funding source . In the third part , we explore the historical experience of the Danish people ' s college since its inception . In the fourth part , the Danish people ' s colleges and universities not only have far - reaching influence on their own country , but also have an influence on many countries in the world . The last part focuses on the impact of the Danish people ' s higher education institutions on the countries and regions of Denmark , Nordic countries and northern Europe .
