【摘要】：校友,作为一种重要的社会资源,已经越来越受到高校的重视。自上世纪七十年代末期恢复高考制度以来,我国高校的校友工作经历了从稀有到普遍、从单一机构到整体布局的探索之路,无论是在校友工作的理论性研究,还是工作实践的摸索方面,都取得了较大的发展。保护和利用校友资源是学校发展的需要,同时也是高等教育社会服务职能的延伸。目前国内各高校普遍十分重视校友工作,创新工作机制,使得校友工作展现出了前所未有的大好局面。2007年,上海电力学院成立了独立的校友工作机构,但由于仍然没有将校友工作置于学校战略发展之层面进行全盘规划,缺乏了学校整体发展的系统性思考,因而使校友工作难以深入地开展。变革现有的校友工作组织机构,构建一个高效、系统的校友运作体系显得尤为迫切。本课题完成的工作主要有以下几个方面： (1)研究国外(尤其是以美国为代表)的高校校友工作之发展以及组织模式、工作特点,引以对我国高校校友工作探究的借鉴。 (2)研究我国的高校校友工作的发展历程、校友工作现状及各自的优缺点,同时,还对目前高校的校友工作所面临的机遇和挑战作了简要地研究分析。 (3)在对上海电力学院及其校友特性进行分析的基础上,借鉴国内外高校的校友工作先进经验,应用项目范围管理的基本理论,采用逆向工作模式理念,从工作体系终端的校友层面出发,以学校发展需求为最终目标,设计出了一套在现有条件下最为理想高效的校友运作体系,并为使体系能正常高效地运转而设计了与之相匹配的校友工作组织机构。将项目管理理论和方法引入非营利性组织以交付无形产品为特征的服务型项目,将行政管理与项目管理理论相结合,这是对于项目管理应用领域的一个新的尝试。本课题以校友工作为研究切入点,引入了项目范围管理的概念,用逆向工作模式的设计理念,以上海电力学院为研究对象,对该高校校友运作体系进行了创新研究和设计开发。
[Abstract]:Alumni, as an important social resource, have been paid more and more attention by colleges and universities. Since the restoration of college entrance examination system in the end of -30s, alumni work in our country has experienced from rare to universal. From a single organization to the overall layout of the exploration road, whether in the alumni work of theoretical research, or work practice groping. The protection and utilization of alumni resources is not only the need of the development of the school, but also the extension of the social service function of higher education. At present, all colleges and universities in China attach great importance to alumni work. In 2007, the Shanghai Institute of Electric Power set up an independent alumni work organization. However, because the alumni work has not been placed in the school strategic development level for overall planning, lack of systematic thinking of the overall development of the school. As a result, it is difficult to carry out the alumni work in depth. The alumni operation system of the system is particularly urgent. The main work of this project is as follows: 1) to study the development, organization pattern and work characteristics of alumni work abroad, especially in the United States, and to draw lessons from the exploration of alumni work in our country. This paper studies the development course of alumni work in colleges and universities in China, the present situation of alumni work and their respective advantages and disadvantages. At the same time, it also makes a brief study and analysis of the opportunities and challenges faced by alumni work in colleges and universities at present. On the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of Shanghai Electric Power Institute and its alumni, using the advanced experience of alumni work at home and abroad, applying the basic theory of project scope management, adopting the concept of reverse work mode. Starting from the alumni level of the work system terminal and taking the development needs of the school as the ultimate goal, this paper designs a set of ideal and efficient alumni operation system under the existing conditions. In order to make the system work properly and efficiently, the corresponding organization of alumni work is designed. This paper introduces the theory and method of project management into the service-oriented projects which are characterized by the delivery of intangible products in non-profit organizations, and combines the theory of administration with the theory of project management. This is a new attempt in the field of project management application. In this paper, the concept of project scope management is introduced and the design idea of reverse work pattern is used. Taking Shanghai Electric Power College as the research object, this paper studies and designs and develops the alumni operation system of the university.
