【摘要】:近年来,,新生代大学生逐渐成为大学校园的主体并为社会所关注。一代人有一代人的精神面貌,一代人有一代人的身份符号。对于出生在改革不断向纵深推进(特别是我国社会主义市场经济体制、高等教育体制改革的深入)及多元文化不断碰撞的时代;成长于网络时代,用智能手机上网、看电子书、发微博、玩QQ的“新生代大学生”来说,这些变化与信息通过各种渠道和方式影响着他们价值取向乃至价值观的形成,并引导着他们的行为方式。他们在求职上的利益诉求存在明显的代际差异。新生代大学生的职业价值观发生着新的变化。同时,新生代大学生承担着深化改革、推进社会主义现代化建设的历史重任,他们能否树立起正确、积极向上的职业价值观,对国家未来发展走向将产生重要影响。因此,研究新生代大学生价值观职业价值观的特点,教育和引导新生代大学生树立科学正确的职业价值观,具有十分重要的意义,本文就此问题在依托调研及课题(因特尔公司软课题)基础上作一些探讨。 论文主要分为四部分: 第一部分:绪论。此部分主要介绍了论文的研究背景、研究目的、研究意义、研究思路及方法、分析了研究的重难点和可行性,为后文对新生代大学生在职业价值观现状实证分析研究奠定坚实的基础。 第二部分:国内外相关文献综述。该部分主要分析了中西方学者关于职业价值观的理念和观点的相关研究的基础上,对新生代大学生及职业价值观的基本内涵进行界定,并对国内外新生代大学生职业价值观的相关研究进行了文献综述,为后面研究新生代大学生价值观的实证研究提供理论支撑。 第三部分:新生代大学生职业价值观现状研究。此部分在问卷调查的基础上,首先运用统计分析法对新生代大学生职业价值观进行了总体和差异性分析,其次总结整理了新生代大学生职业价值观的特点,如职业需要多层次和高层次化,职业取向多元化、但以自我价值取向为主,职业选择行为矛盾化和复杂化、职业标准越来越重视享受和保障等。 第四部分:新生代大学生职业价值观的教育对策研究。此部分在结合新生代大学生职业价值观的现状调查分析的基础上,针对新生代大学生职业价值观的特点,主要从高校教育的角度提出了新生代大学生职业价值观教育培养措施及对策建议,具体包括教育内容、教育形式及教育环境三方面。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the new generation of college students have gradually become the main body of the university campus and have attracted the attention of the society. There is a generation of spiritual outlook in a generation. One generation has the identity symbol of a generation. To be born in the era of continuous deepening of reform (especially the reform of our socialist market economy and the reform of higher education system) and the continuous collision of multiculturalism; Growing up in the Internet age, using smart phones to surf the Internet, read e-books, send Weibo, play QQ "the new generation of college students." These changes and information through various channels and ways affect their value orientation and even the formation of values. And guide their behavior. They have obvious intergenerational differences in the interests of the pursuit of employment. The new generation of college students' professional values are changing. At the same time, the new generation of college students undertake to deepen the reform. The historical task of promoting socialist modernization and whether they can set up correct and positive professional values will have an important impact on the future development of the country. It is of great significance to study the characteristics of new generation college students' professional values and to educate and guide them to set up scientific and correct professional values. This paper discusses this problem on the basis of research and research (Intel soft project). The thesis is divided into four parts: The first part: introduction. This part mainly introduces the research background, research purpose, research significance, research ideas and methods, and analyzes the important difficulties and feasibility of the research. It lays a solid foundation for the empirical research on the status quo of career values of the new generation of college students. The second part: domestic and foreign related literature review. This part mainly analyzes the Chinese and Western scholars on the concept of professional values and views on the basis of relevant research. This paper defines the basic connotation of the new generation of college students and professional values, and summarizes the relevant research on the professional values of the new generation of college students at home and abroad. It provides theoretical support for the empirical study of the new generation of college students' values. The third part: the status quo of the new generation of college students' professional values. Based on the questionnaire survey, this part uses the statistical analysis method to analyze the overall and difference of the new generation of college students' professional values. Secondly, it summarizes the characteristics of the new generation of college students' professional values, such as the need for multi-level and high-level career, diversified career orientation, but mainly self-value orientation, career choice behavior contradiction and complexity. Professional standards are paying more and more attention to enjoyment and protection. Part 4th: a study on the educational countermeasures of the vocational values of the new generation of college students. This part is based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the vocational values of the new generation of college students. According to the characteristics of the new generation of college students' professional values, this paper puts forward the training measures and countermeasures of the new generation students' vocational values education from the angle of university education, including the content of education. The form and environment of education.
