【摘要】:随着经济全球化的发展,科技与网络的普及,人们的物质生活和精神生活发生很大的变化。大量的信息和不同的价值观相互冲击,影响了青年学生的判断,也阻碍了他们正确价值观的确立。这就需要给予学生明确的指引,让其既可以辨别是非、消除价值观困惑,同时又可以提升学生评价解决多种道德方面难题的能力,形成正确的价值观。为了更加有效的提高和改善我国高校道德教育的效果,借鉴国外优秀道德教育理论就成为一个必要的途径。 美国的价值澄清理论产生的背景、解决的问题及其所用的方法手段都与我国有相似之处,因此我们对美国价值澄清理论的借鉴有助于解决我国高校道德教育面临的新问题和新挑战。价值澄清理论主要是通过选择、赞扬、实践等一系列教育方法澄清学生在社会中混乱的价值观念,并在这一过程中教会学生如何判断和选择适合自己的价值观,调节和应对复杂的人际关系及现实社会。本文详细阐述了价值澄清理论的概念,价值澄清方法的评价过程,价值澄清理论的澄清反应法及该理论的价值观念和形成过程。并通过对价值澄清理论的评价让大家对价值澄清理论有一个客观的认识。 在此基础上,本文首先分析了我国道德教育过程忽视学生主体地位、内容脱离学生生活实际、教育方式较为单一等问题和面临复杂的国际环境、国内环境、问题增多等挑战。其次针对性的提出在道德教育过程中一要确立主体性原则、尊重学生主体性地位,二要注重对学生道德选择能力的培养、教会学生如何选择,三要注重学生生活、在道德实践中让学生突出道德体验,四要讲究实施策略、丰富道德教育方式等建议,以此来提高我国高校道德教育的效果。最后指出高校道德教育过程中要结合我国实际,坚持马克思主义在道德教育中的指导地位不动摇。在借鉴和研究价值澄清理论的同时还要吸取其教训,注意在注重主体性教育的同时不能放弃科学灌输,,强调个人价值重要性的同时要坚持教育者的主导作用,避免学生形成相对主义错误的价值观。结合我国实际同时借鉴价值澄清理论,对于提高我国目前高校道德教育的成效有着重要作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and the popularization of science and technology and network, great changes have taken place in people's material life and spiritual life. A great deal of information and different values impact on each other, which affects the judgment of young students. It also hinders the establishment of their correct values, which requires clear guidance for students to distinguish between right and wrong and to eliminate the confusion of values. At the same time, it can improve the ability of students to evaluate and solve various moral problems, and form the correct values, in order to improve and improve the effect of moral education in colleges and universities more effectively. Drawing lessons from foreign excellent moral education theory has become a necessary way. The background of the value clarification theory in the United States, the problems solved and the methods used are similar to those of our country. Therefore, our reference to the American value clarification theory is helpful to solve the new problems and challenges faced by moral education in colleges and universities in China. The value clarification theory is mainly through choice and praise. A series of educational methods, such as practice, clarify students' confused values in society and teach them how to judge and choose their own values in the process. Adjust and deal with the complex interpersonal relationship and the real society. This paper elaborates the concept of value clarification theory and the evaluation process of value clarification method. The clarification reaction method of the value clarification theory, the value concept and the forming process of the value clarification theory, and through the evaluation of the value clarification theory, we can have an objective understanding of the value clarification theory. On this basis, this paper first analyzes the moral education process of our country neglects the student main body status, the content deviates from the student life reality, the education way is relatively single, and faces the complex international environment, the domestic environment. Secondly, in the process of moral education, we should establish the principle of subjectivity, respect the status of students' subjectivity, and pay attention to the cultivation of students' ability of moral choice, and teach them how to choose. Third, pay attention to student life, let students highlight moral experience in moral practice, and fourth, pay attention to implementation strategies, enrich the way of moral education and other suggestions. Finally, it is pointed out that the process of moral education in colleges and universities should be combined with the reality of our country. Adhere to the guiding position of Marxism in moral education, learn from and study the theory of value clarification at the same time, pay attention to the subjective education at the same time can not give up scientific indoctrination. While emphasizing the importance of individual value, we should insist on the leading role of educators, avoid students forming the wrong values of relativism, and draw lessons from the theory of value clarification in combination with the reality of our country. It plays an important role in improving the effect of moral education in colleges and universities.
