福建高校大学生思想政治教育精细化研究

【摘要】：新时期加强和改进大学生思想政治教育成为时代发展的要求，成为高校的重要责任。福建省委教育工作委员会、福建省教育厅2010年4月颁布《关于进一步推进大学生思想政治教育精细化的通知》[闽委教宣17号文件]，并决定在全省高校大力推进大学生思想政治教育精细化工作。本文综合运用文献研究、调查研究、多学科综合研究等方法，通过问卷调查对福建高校大学生思想政治教育精细化基本做法，存在问题及原因进行分析，并针对这些问题提出有力解决对策。为进一步在理论和实践方面推动福建省大学生思想政治教育精细化工作提供有益借鉴。这即是本文研究的创新之处，也是本文研究的理论和现实意义所在。本文从以下五个部分进行研究：第一部分：从国内外研究现状分析出发，以马克思主义关于个人全面发展的理论、矛盾的普遍性与特殊性原理，以及科学发展观为指导，借鉴精细化管理理论，从精细化视角下研究新时期大学生思想政治教育精细化的理论和实践意义。第二部分：借鉴精细化管理理论成果，创新性提出了大学生思想政治教育精细化的科学内涵，即：坚持以人为本的理念，以精心的态度、精确的把握、精致的过程，突出工作的重点，使思想政治教育科学化；在此基础上对大学生进行细致的教育，使思想政治教育覆盖到每一个过程、规范到每一个步骤、细化到每一个环节、具体到每一个事件、落实到每一个学生。并从教育理念人性化与细致化，教育管理科学性与制度性，，教育内容针对性与层次性，教育方法灵活性与人文性四维角度阐述大学生思想政治教育精细化特点。第三部分：从当前大学生思想政治教育面临的国际国内形式的新变化、高等教育发生的深刻变革和思想政治教育中存在薄弱环节分析入手，提出大学生思想政治教育精细化是新时期对高校思想政治教育的新要求，是新时期推动思想政治教育新发展，改善思想政治教育工作方式方法的必然选择。第四部分：通过问卷调查、资料查阅、数据分析对福建高校大学生思想政治教育精细化工作实施一年多进行总结与反思，指出福建高校大学生思想政治教育精细化工作中存在的问题，分析原因，为解决这些问题对策研究提供现实基础支持。第五部分：以马克思主义以及科学发展观理论为指导，将精细化理念与大学生思想政治教育相互紧密结合，从大学生思想政治教育运行过程、运行机制、信息化管理、执行保障等四个方面，提出了对策建议，即：从教育对象具体化、教育内容贴近化、教育方法现代化、教育载体多样化、教育环境精致化；教育管理科学化、制度规范化、岗位职责明确化、工作流程化、考核标准化、管理信息化；教育队伍建设专家型、务实型、专业型等方面做出积极探索，确保思想政治教育精细化工作科学、细致进行。以期为加强和改进福建省大学生思想政治教育精细化工作提供理论借鉴和政策咨询。为新时期创新大学生思想政治教育研究提供一种崭新的研究视角。
[Abstract]:The new period to strengthen and improve ideological and political education has become the development of the times, become the important responsibility of colleges and universities. The Education Committee of Fujian Province, Fujian Province Department of Education issued in April 2010 "on further promoting the ideological and political education of fine >[Fujian Educational Commission notice Document No. 17], and decided to promote the ideological and political education of fine the work of colleges and universities in the province. This paper studies from the following five parts:
