高校毕业生就业问题与思想政治教育的作用

【摘要】：我国高等院校自实行扩招政策以来，高校毕业生数量即呈逐年增加的态势。由于长期以来高校毕业生受制于传统就业观念的影响，加之对现实社会的认识程度不足，实践经验的缺乏，在面对市场经济条件下新的就业机制竞争性因素刺激下，使高校毕业生的就业、择业产生了一些新的问题，每年叠增的高校毕业生的涌现使更多大学生的就业出现了困难的现象。在我国当前，高校毕业生就业问题波及千家万户，甚关广大人民群众的切身利益，以致影响到国家的经济发展和和谐社会的稳定。加强就业指导和服务，特别是政策性的合理引导，积极促进高校毕业生自主择业和自主创业工作，这成为改善当前高校就业难问题的有效手段。我国是社会主义国家，优良的思想政治教育传统在社会的各个阶层和方面发挥着积极的作用。加强高校毕业生就业指导中的思想政治教育工作，是扭转当前大学毕业生就业难问题，疏导多渠道就业，化解社会管理风险的根本手段。本文拟通过对高校毕业生就业观的思想政治教育工作的社会意义入手，通过对现状的研究分析，针对当前出现的新情况和新问题，试图寻找加强毕业生就业指导中的思想政治教育的对策，旨在通过一种有效积极的手段，思想观念的转变促进高校毕业生的就业工作。全文分为三个部分：第一部分，毕业生就业难的现状分析及其对新时期思想政治工作的挑战。本部分主要是分析了大学生就业难的现状给当前的思想政治教育工作的实效性带来了新的挑战，并对思想政治工作提出新的要求，再通过分析大学毕业生就业难的主、客观原因，以找到开展思想政治教育的方向。第二部分，思想政治教育在毕业生就业指导中的意义以及作用。本部分通过加强高校毕业生就业指导工作的需要，，维护社会稳定的需要和培养合格人才的需要等方面论述了加强毕业生就业指导中思想政治教育的重要意义。深入分析了就业指导过程中的思想政治教育的认识。通过帮助大学生掌握就业形势、政策，引导大学生树立正确的就业观，培养大学生健康的心理素质，帮助大学生形成良好的职业道德及诚信意识四个方面分析就业指导过程中的思想政治教育的作用。并第三部分，加强高校毕业生就业指导中思想政治教育的对策。这是本文研究的重点和难点。通过对毕业生就业指导中思想政治教育现状的研究，本部分提出了提高对加强高校毕业生思想政治教育的认识，从加强理想信念、人生观和价值观的教育，加强大学生爱国主义、民族精神和成才教育，加强大学生就业观教育，加强大学生创业意识和创业能力的培养，深入开展大学生心理健康教育，开展诚信教育、职业道德教育六个方面进一步充实高校毕业生思想政治教育的内容。在运用科学手段的同时努力寻求各种方法的有机结合，不断加强高校毕业生思想教育方法的创新，进一步优化高校毕业生思想政治教育环境的观点和措施。
