我国当前大学生公民责任意识培养问题研究

【摘要】：德为立身之本，责任感为成功之基。培养公民的责任感，对社会主义现代化建设，构建和谐社会具有重要而深远的意义。公民责任意识是由公民资格赋予，对自己和他人，对家庭和集体，对国家和社会所负责任的认识、情感和信念，以及与之相应的遵守规范、承担责任和履行义务的自觉态度，是衡量一个公民国家主人意识强弱的重要尺度。公民责任意识的内容包括自我责任意识、家庭责任意识、社会责任意识、自然责任意识。而当前大学生公民责任意识存在的问题在于：国家责任意识淡薄、家庭责任意识缺失、社会责任不足和自我责任缺乏。大学生公民责任意识培养方面存在的问题表现在：学校对大学生责任意识培养的重要性认识不足、公民责任意识培养的内容和方法不够科学以及学校教育没有与社会、家庭等其他教育形成合力。大学生公民责任意识培养方面存在问题的成因表现在：大学生自身存在的问题、社会经济发展对大学生公民责任意识培养提出挑战、高校强调专才教育，忽略对大学生公民责任意识培养以及大学生管理队伍的非职业化。大学生作为中国特色社会主义事业的建设者和接班人，作为国家的希望和民族的中坚力量，其公民责任意识建设更具时代性和使命感。当今构建和谐社会，我们要从家庭、学校、社会、大学生自身这四个方面来培养公民责任意识，旨在培养健全自律的现代公民。
[Abstract]:Morality is the foundation of success and responsibility is the foundation of success. It is of great and far-reaching significance to cultivate the sense of responsibility of citizens for the construction of socialist modernization and the construction of a harmonious society. The sense of civic responsibility is the recognition, emotion and belief of the responsibility of oneself and others, of family and group, of the country and society, and of corresponding compliance with norms. The conscious attitude of taking responsibility and fulfilling obligation is an important measure to measure a citizen's national master's consciousness. The content of civic responsibility consciousness includes self-responsibility consciousness, family responsibility consciousness, social responsibility consciousness and natural responsibility consciousness. Lack of awareness of family responsibility, lack of social responsibility and lack of self-responsibility. The problems in the cultivation of civic responsibility awareness of college students are: the importance of college students' awareness of the importance of responsibility awareness is insufficient. The contents and methods of the cultivation of civic responsibility consciousness are not scientific and the school education is not related to the society. The causes of the problems in the cultivation of college students' civic responsibility consciousness are: the problems of college students' own existence and the challenge of social and economic development to the cultivation of college students' civic responsibility consciousness. Colleges and universities emphasize the education of professionals and neglect the cultivation of civic responsibility consciousness of college students and the non-professionalism of college students' management team. College students, as builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics, as the hope of the country and the backbone of the nation, their civic responsibility consciousness construction is more contemporary and sense of mission. Today, the construction of a harmonious society. We should cultivate the sense of civic responsibility from the four aspects of family, school, society and college students themselves, in order to cultivate modern citizens with sound self-discipline.
