【摘要】：在高校就业指导工作中加强思想政治教育,可以引导大学生树立正确的择业观；可以帮助大学生辨证地认识当前就业形势,正确选择适合自己的职业；可以疏解大学生不必要的择业心理压力；可以促进高校改革的全面、健康发展；还可以提高思想政治教育自身的科学性、实效性,它是做好高校就业指导工作,帮助学生顺利就业,促进我国高等教育健康发展的必然选择。虽然当前我国高校已经很重视高校就业指导工作中的思想政治教育,并且在这方面已经出了许多的研究成果,但在仍然存在一些问题。比如,在理论研究中研究内容相对片面、不成体系。在实践教育过程中教育内容不够全面、教育方法比较单一、针对性不强。本文首先通过对目前大学生就业形势的分析得出了在高校就业指导中加强思想政治教育的重要意义。随后总结了国外高校在就业指导中已经形成的值得我们借鉴的经验,并且分析了当前高校就业指导中思想政治教育工作开展的现状。最后,就高校就业指导工作中如何加强思想政治教育提出了对策建议。本文内容分为六章,具体内容如下：第一章,绪论部分。介绍了本文的研究背景、研究意义、研究现状及主要研究方法。第二章,本章首先分析了目前大学生就业的总体形势,随后指出了造成目前就业困难的原因以及当前社会发展给大学生就业带来的机遇。提出大学生就业过程中出现的思想问题以及思想政治教育的欠缺是阻碍大学生顺利就业的重要因素。第三章,本章主要从思想政治教育在高校就业指导工作中的地位、思想政治教育对提高学生综合就业素质的作用以及在高校就业指导工作中加强思想政治教育的可行性这三个方面论述了思想政治教育在高校就业指导工作中的意义。第四章,主要介绍了西方国家高校就业指导工作中一些值得我国在加强高校就业指导工作中思想政治教育时借鉴的先进经验。主要包括工作队伍专业化、教育体系成熟化、教育方法多元化以及用人单位的支持这四个方面。第五章,本章首先阐述了我国高校当前就业指导中思想政治教育在发展过程中已经取得了思想政治教育受重视程度不断提高、方法日益多元化、模式初步形成等方面成果。其次阐述了仍然存在内容体系不系统、缺乏连贯性以及不能与国家政策同步并举的问题。最后从传统思想政治教育观念的影响、就业机制双选化的影响以及教育全球化的影响这三个方面分析了产生现存问题的原因。第六章,本章针对当前就业指导工作中思想政治教育的现存问题,提出了一些在就业指导工作中加强思想政治教育的具体对策和建议,主要选取了思想政治教育内容、模式、工作队伍以及结合社会实际这四个角度来进行探讨。
[Abstract]:To strengthen ideological and political education in the employment guidance of colleges and universities can lead college students to set up a correct view of job selection. It can help college students to understand the current employment situation dialectically and choose the right occupation for them.
