高校教师在学生自主学习中的角色转变研究

【摘要】:当代高校学生熟练掌握自主学习方法,拥有较强的自主学习能力既是应对科学技术的迅猛发展,浩如烟海的知识不断增加带来的挑战,也是教育改革不断深入的必然要求,更是大学生弥补个体差异,促进个体终身发展的基础。通过基础教育阶段的学习经验积累,高校学生的学习能力、认知水平和自我发展水平较之于中小学生已有明显提高,身心已达到相对成熟的水平,已经能够进行更好的自主学习,同时高校的课程设置和作息安排也为其创造了更多的自主学习时间和条件,但高校学生的自主学习并不意味着教师的地位和作用可以削弱,更不意味着可以取消,高校教师在学生的自主学习中仍然需要担任指导者、监督评价者、资源提供者、组织者、激励者等重要角色。同时高校教学改革和教师专业发展也要求教师转变传统角色,提高自身素质,促进学生自主学习能力的发展,因而高校教师如何顺利转变传统角色则成为一个关键问题。 本文主要共四个部分,论文的第一部分,即绪论部分,主要论述了本研究的背景、意义、思路、内容和方法,并对国内外相关研究现状进行了综述。 论文的第二部分在界定了相关概念的基础之上分析了高校教师在学生自主学习中转变角色的必要性。 论文的第三部分通过调查对高校教师在学生自主学习中的角色转变现状展开分析,其中包括对高校教师在学生自主学习中的角色转变现状、存在的问题以及教师角色转变的制约因素分析。 论文的第四部分提出了促进教师角色转变的指导理论并针对高校教师在学生自主学习中的角色转变存在的问题提出了对策,包括更新教育观念,明确角色定位;教、学、研同期互动,提高教师角色转变能力;开展系统的参与式培训,提高教师角色转变信心;构建开放、多元的评价机制,增强教师角色转变动力;端正学生学习态度,减少教师角色转变阻力。
[Abstract]:It is not only the challenge brought by the rapid development of science and technology, but also the increasing knowledge that modern college students master the method of autonomous learning and have strong ability of autonomous learning to cope with the rapid development of science and technology. It is also the inevitable requirement of educational reform, which is the basis for college students to make up for individual differences and promote individual lifelong development. Through the accumulation of learning experience in the basic education stage, the learning ability of college students is improved. The cognitive level and self-development level of primary and secondary school students have been significantly improved, physical and mental has reached a relatively mature level, has been able to carry out better autonomous learning. At the same time, the curriculum and schedule also create more autonomous learning time and conditions, but the autonomous learning of college students does not mean that the status and role of teachers can be weakened. It does not mean that it can be abolished. College teachers still need to act as mentors, supervisors, resource providers and organizers in the autonomous learning of students. At the same time, teaching reform and teacher professional development in colleges and universities also require teachers to change their traditional roles, improve their own quality, and promote the development of students' autonomous learning ability. Therefore, how to smoothly change the traditional role of college teachers becomes a key issue. This paper consists of four parts. The first part of the paper, the introduction part, mainly discusses the background, significance, ideas, contents and methods of this study, and summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad. The second part of the thesis analyzes the necessity of changing the role of college teachers in autonomous learning on the basis of defining related concepts. The third part of the thesis analyzes the status quo of university teachers' role transformation in student autonomous learning, including the status quo of university teachers' role transformation in students' autonomous learning. The existing problems and the constraints of teachers' role change are analyzed. In the 4th part of the paper, the author puts forward the guiding theory to promote the change of teacher's role and puts forward some countermeasures, including updating the educational concept, aiming at the problems existing in the transformation of teachers' role in students' autonomous learning. Clear role orientation; Teaching, learning, and research in the same period of interaction to improve teachers' ability to change their roles; Conducting systematic participatory training to improve the confidence of teachers in changing their roles; Constructing an open and pluralistic evaluation mechanism to strengthen the power of teachers' role change; Correct students' learning attitude and reduce resistance to teacher role change.
