大学生创业资源获取影响因素研究

【摘要】:在2008年金融危机的影响下,在我国大学生面临着非常严峻的就业问题,政府、各大高校以及大学生都在想各种办法来应对当前的就业形势。创业带动就业,鼓励和支持大学生创业成为了一个最有效的途径。大学生创业不仅仅能解决自己的就业为题,同时也能创造出新的就业岗位,在一定程度上实现就业的倍增效应。创业是一个庞大而复杂的系统,根据资源基础理论,我们知道资源是整个创业活动的主线。资源开发也一直是创业活动中的核心问题,其中资源获取更是重中之重。大学生创业者由于自身的特点所致,他们在创业的过程中对于资源的获取是存在一些问题的,本文则主要结合大学生创业的特点对于大学生创业资源获取的影响因素进行深入的研究。 本研究的主要内容如下: 第一,文献综述。本研究的主要理论依据是资源基础理论和资源管理过程理论。首先,本文对于以上两个理论进行了详细的阐述,在这基础上系统地梳理了大学生创业,资源获取及其影响因素的相关文献,并进行了概念的界定,为研究框架和假设的提出提供了理论支持。 第二,研究框架和假设。首先,依据对于资源获取的理论综述,我们了解了影响资源获取的因素有哪些,同时结合大学生创业的特点,确定了本文研究的三个主要影响因素,即创业网络,大学生创业特质以及初始资源。接着,分别对于各影响因素与资源获取之间的关系进行了阐述,并提出相应的假设,即大学生创业者的创业网络规模对于其资源获取有积极的影响;大学生创业者的创业网络强度对于其资源获取有积极的影响;大学生创业者风险承担性对于其资源获取有积极的影响;大学生创业者的成就需求对于其资源获取有积极的影响;大学生创业者的内控源对于其资源获取有积极的影响;大学生创业者的受教育程度对于其资源获取有积极的影响;大学生创业者的经验对于其资源获取有积极的影响。 第三,实证检验。本研究对长春市的200个大学生创业企业进行了调研,最终回收问卷191份,,其中有效问卷数为184份。对于回收的数据进行了有效性检验,包括信度检验、效度检验以及同源性偏差检验,接着对于变量进行了相关性分析,最终通过回归分析对研究模型进行了检验,结果支持了本文的全部假设。 第四,研究结论与政策建议。本文的研究结论为,大学生创业网络对于其资源获取有积极的影响;大学生创业者特质对于其资源获取有积极的影响;大学生创业初始资源对于其资源获取有积极的影响。基于本文的研究结论,我们提出了相应的政策建议。 本文的研究成果为政府和各大高校鼓励并支持大学生创业提供了依据和参考,这对于更好地鼓励大学生创业,促进大学生就业都具有很大的理论和现实意义。
[Abstract]:In 2008, under the influence of the financial crisis, college students in China are facing a very serious employment problem, the government. Colleges and universities as well as college students are thinking of various ways to cope with the current employment situation. Encouraging and supporting college students to start a business has become the most effective way. University students can not only solve their own employment problem, but also create new jobs. To a certain extent, the multiplier effect of employment is realized. Entrepreneurship is a huge and complex system, according to resource-based theory. We know that resources is the main line of the whole entrepreneurial activities. Resource development has always been the core problem in entrepreneurial activities, among which resource acquisition is the most important. University student entrepreneurs due to their own characteristics. In the process of starting a business, there are some problems in the acquisition of resources. In this paper, the factors affecting the acquisition of entrepreneurial resources of college students are deeply studied in combination with the characteristics of college students' entrepreneurship. The main contents of this study are as follows: First, literature review. The main theoretical basis of this study is resource-based theory and resource management process theory. On this basis, this paper systematically combs the related literature on entrepreneurship, resource acquisition and its influencing factors of college students, and defines the concept, which provides theoretical support for the research framework and hypothesis. Second, the research framework and hypothesis. Firstly, according to the theoretical summary of resource acquisition, we understand the factors that affect resource acquisition, and combine the characteristics of college students' entrepreneurship. This paper determines the three main factors, namely entrepreneurial network, entrepreneurial characteristics of college students and initial resources. Then, the relationship between these factors and the acquisition of resources is discussed. And put forward the corresponding hypotheses, that is, the entrepreneurial network size of college students entrepreneurs has a positive impact on their access to resources; The entrepreneurial network strength of college student entrepreneurs has a positive impact on the acquisition of resources; The risk-taking of college students entrepreneurs has a positive impact on their access to resources; The achievement needs of college students' entrepreneurs have a positive influence on their resource acquisition; The internal control source of the university student entrepreneur has a positive influence on its resource acquisition; The education level of college students entrepreneurs has a positive effect on their access to resources; The experience of undergraduate entrepreneurs has a positive impact on their access to resources. Third, empirical test. This study investigated 200 college students' entrepreneurial enterprises in Changchun, and finally collected 191 questionnaires. The number of valid questionnaires was 184. The validity of the recovered data was tested, including reliability test, validity test and homology deviation test, and then the correlation analysis of variables was carried out. Finally, the research model is tested by regression analysis, and the results support all the hypotheses in this paper. 4th, research conclusions and policy recommendations. The conclusion of this study is that the entrepreneurial network of college students has a positive impact on their access to resources; The characteristics of college students' entrepreneurs have a positive impact on their access to resources; The initial resources of college students' entrepreneurship have a positive impact on the acquisition of resources. Based on the conclusions of this paper, we put forward the corresponding policy recommendations. The research results of this paper provide a basis and reference for the government and universities to encourage and support college students to start a business, which is of great theoretical and practical significance to encourage college students to start their own businesses and to promote the employment of college students.
