大学教师职务聘任中的科研绩效评价研究

【摘要】:建立符合学术发展规律的学术评价机制需要科学的评价理念。学术评价的属性和大学的组织目标决定了大学教师职务晋升中的科研绩效评价应以有利于教师开展原创性研究、推动学术进步为目标。只有把研究质量作为主要的晋升标准才有利于研究质量的提高,科研绩效评价应以学术质量评价为主。与定性方法相比,定量方法在学术质量评价上存在理论上的局限性。科研绩效评价的过度定量化有悖于学术自由,更无视大学教师的异质性。
[Abstract]:The establishment of academic evaluation mechanism in accordance with the law of academic development requires scientific evaluation ideas. The attributes of academic evaluation and the organizational objectives of universities determine that the evaluation of scientific research performance in the promotion of university teachers' positions should be conducive to the original research of teachers. The aim is to promote academic progress. Only by taking the quality of research as the main criterion of promotion can the quality of research be improved, and the evaluation of scientific research performance should be based on the evaluation of academic quality. The quantitative method has theoretical limitations in the evaluation of academic quality. The excessive quantification of scientific research performance evaluation is contrary to academic freedom and ignores the heterogeneity of university teachers.
