德国新型教师教育组织机构解读——基于洪堡大学教育专业学院和柏林自由大学教师教育中心的考察

【摘要】：21世纪以来,在教师教育领域相对保守的德国陆续进行了一些改革,成立新型教师教育组织机构即为其中之一。文章首先分析了德国新型教师教育组织机构的成立背景。其次,以"草根性"的洪堡大学教育专业学院和"官方性"的柏林自由大学教师教育中心为例,重点解读了这两种不同类型教师教育机构的功能、机构设置与人员配置及运作方式等,并依据这三个维度对两种机构作了比较分析。最后指出,以教育专业学院和教师教育中心为代表的新型教师教育组织机构的建立是德国近期教师教育改革的一次有益尝试,但改革成效还有待时日检验。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, Germany, which is relatively conservative in the field of teacher education, has carried out some reforms one after another, the establishment of a new type of teacher education organization is one of them. Taking the "grassroots" Humboldt University College of Education and the "official" Berlin Free University teacher Education Center as an example, this paper focuses on the interpretation of the functions, institutional settings, staffing and operation of these two different types of teacher education institutions. Finally, it points out that the establishment of a new type of teacher education organization, which is represented by the education professional college and the teacher education center, is a beneficial attempt of the recent teacher education reform in Germany. But the results are yet to be tested.
