权势意识对当代大学生人格影响之探究

【摘要】：大学生作为文化层次较高的群体,他们人格是否健全,对于国家未来的发展起着举足轻重的作用。健全人格的塑造,既是当代大学生个人身心健康的需要,更是人格心灵的唤醒,更重要的是,关系到当前大学生整体素质优化和改革的顺利进行,关系到未来社会的和谐与稳定。本文通过对健全人格理论的追思,探讨了大学生健全人格的内涵、特征,并在问卷调查的基础上,对当代大学生权力价值观以及权势意识对当代大学生人格影响的原因进行深入分析,基于大学生对权势的认知,针对性地提出了塑造大学生健全人格的对策。这些对策表现为：强化家庭教育的基础作用,形成正确“权势认知”的第一道门槛；完善社会制度环境,形成学生自觉践行正义规则的人格追求；发挥学校教育的主阵地作用,形成学生正确权力观的理性认同,携家庭、学校、社会等各方努力,引导大学生树立正确的权力价值观,促进其健全人格的成长。
[Abstract]:As a group with higher cultural level, whether college students' personality is sound or not plays an important role in the future development of the country. The shaping of sound personality is not only the need of individual physical and mental health of contemporary college students. More importantly, it is related to the optimization of the overall quality of college students and the smooth progress of the reform, and to the harmony and stability of the future society. This paper probes into the connotation and characteristics of college students' sound personality, and, on the basis of questionnaire investigation, deeply analyzes the causes of the influence of contemporary college students' power values and power consciousness on contemporary college students' personality, based on the college students' cognition of power. This paper puts forward the countermeasures of shaping the sound personality of college students. These countermeasures are as follows: strengthening the basic function of family education, forming the first threshold of correct "power cognition", perfecting the social system environment, Forming students' personality pursuit of consciously practicing the rules of justice, giving play to the main role of school education, forming the rational identity of students' correct view of power, leading college students to set up correct values of power with the efforts of family, school, society, etc. To promote the growth of their sound personality.
