语言经济学视角下的广西双语教育研究

【摘要】:经济的发展离不开大量的既掌握一门外国语言又熟悉专业知识的复合型人才。为了培养这种复合型人才,在学校中使用第二语言或外语传授学科内容的教育模式(即双语教育模式)在国内外应运而生。 随着中国—东盟自由贸易区的建立,广西成为中国进入东盟国家的重要窗口之一,社会经济发展也迎来了前所未有的机遇。广西的双语教育正处于探索阶段取得了一些突破性的尝试,但在诸多方面仍存在一些问题,例如,双语教育中语种选择问题,双语师资短缺问题,双语教育水平总体不高等。鉴于此,如何更好地利用广西丰富的语言资源及地缘优势,解决广西经济发展需求与双语教育落后现状之间的矛盾是一个值得研究的课题。本文主要研究的问题是: (1)广西双语教育的现状是什么? (2)广西市场需要怎样的双语人才? (3)哪种双语模式适合广西双语教育的发展? 本研究以语言经济学为主要的理论框架,通过综述和网络收集最新的数据,重点分析广西双语教育现状,并提出相应的改进措施。 本文首先运用语言经济学的成本收益方法分析广西汉英双语教育现状。双语能力的培养需要投入个人成本和社会成本,而其收益也可从人个收益和社会收益两个角度考察。研究中发现广西汉英双语教育存在“费时低效”的现象。 其次,根据市场对于双语人才需求探讨广西双语教育中进行合理的外语语种选择,,促进学习者认清具备双语能力的劳动者在广西劳动力市场上的竞争优势和重要性。 最后,尝试建立新的双语教育模式,即汉语-东盟语双语教育和汉英双语教育模式并行。双语教育模式如何做出选择及如何建立优秀的双语师资队伍,并从语言经济学和文化生态学进行可行性分析。 希望本研究有助于广西更好地展开双语教育,培养面向东盟国家,服务地方经济发展的复合型双语人才。
[Abstract]:Economic development can not be separated from a large number of complex talents who master a foreign language and are familiar with professional knowledge. The bilingual education model (bilingual education model) in schools using a second language or a foreign language to teach subject content has emerged as the times require at home and abroad. With the establishment of the China-ASEAN Free Trade area, Guangxi has become one of the important windows for China to enter ASEAN countries. The social and economic development has also ushered in unprecedented opportunities. Bilingual education in Guangxi has made some breakthrough attempts at the exploratory stage, but there are still some problems in many aspects, such as the choice of language in bilingual education. The shortage of bilingual teachers and the low level of bilingual education on the whole. In view of this, how to make better use of Guangxi's abundant language resources and geographical advantages, It is worth studying to solve the contradiction between Guangxi's economic development needs and the backward situation of bilingual education. What is the current situation of bilingual education in Guangxi? What kind of bilingual talents are needed in the Guangxi market? Which bilingual model is suitable for the development of bilingual education in Guangxi? This study takes linguistic economics as the main theoretical framework, through a review and network collection of the latest data, focus on the analysis of the current situation of bilingual education in Guangxi, and put forward the corresponding improvement measures. This paper first uses the cost-benefit method of linguistic economics to analyze the present situation of Chinese-English bilingual education in Guangxi. And its income can also be investigated from two angles of individual income and social income. The study found that bilingual education in Guangxi has the phenomenon of "time-consuming and inefficient". Secondly, according to the market demand for bilingual talents, this paper probes into the reasonable choice of foreign language language in Guangxi bilingual education, so as to promote learners to recognize the competitive advantage and importance of bilingual workers in the Guangxi labor market. Finally, we try to establish a new bilingual education model, that is, Chinese-ASEAN bilingual education and Chinese-English bilingual education. And carry on the feasibility analysis from linguistic economics and cultural ecology. It is hoped that this study will help Guangxi to develop bilingual education and train the composite bilingual talents for ASEAN countries and serve local economic development.
