目标管理视角下高校大学生就业能力培养研究

【摘要】:大学生就业问题的日益严峻引起了广泛的关注,我国社会各界开始对高校大学生的就业能力提出了更高的要求。大学生顺利就业不仅仅是自身人生价值的体现,更加有利于我国和谐社会的构建。就业能力的提升是大学生顺利就业的前提,而高校针对大学生就业能力开展的培养工作则是提升就业能力的关键之所在。因此,加强高校大学生就业能力培养工作则具有重要的现实意义。 目标管理理论以工作结果为行为导向,倡导组织先有工作目标,再有工作内容。总体目标确定完毕后即对其进行分解,,并分配至下级组织机构,配备相应的工作人员,以工作目标为基础确定人员的工作内容,最后对目标的实施结果加以考评。本文基于目标管理理论的视角,根据文献分析法得知,目前我国高校大学生就业能力培养工作普遍存在缺乏对培养目标和培养内容的深入研究、缺乏专职的组织机构、专业师资数量不能满足要求、缺乏必要的硬件设施、经费投入严重不足等问题。究其原因,主要在于高校缺乏对大学生就业能力培养的重视、高校大学生就业能力培养机制不健全等原因。据此,可以考虑借鉴目标管理理论近年来在我国不同领域应用的经验和结合高校就业能力培养工作的基础上,提出目标管理视角下大学生就业能力培养的对策分析:提升高校培养意识、明确高校培养目标、确定培养内容、构建组织机构、配备师资力量、完善教师激励机制。同时,在研究过程中围绕研究目标进行文献检索,理论联系实际,尝试在同类研究领域中有所创新和突破,力求在高校大学生就业能力培养实施目标管理的研究中不断深入并实践应用。
[Abstract]:The increasingly serious problem of college students' employment has aroused widespread concern, and all walks of life in our country have begun to put forward higher requirements on the employment ability of college students. The smooth employment of college students is not only the embodiment of their own life value. The promotion of employment ability is the premise of the smooth employment of college students, and the cultivation of college students' employment ability is the key to enhance the employment ability. It is of great practical significance to strengthen the cultivation of college students'employability. The goal management theory takes the work result as the behavior orientation, advocates the organization to have the work goal first, then the work content. After the overall goal is determined, it decomposes it, and distributes it to the lower level organization, equips the corresponding staff, Based on the goal of the work, the author determines the work content of the personnel, and finally evaluates the result of the implementation of the goal. This paper, based on the perspective of the goal management theory, is based on the literature analysis method. At present, there is a general lack of in-depth research on the training objectives and contents, the lack of full-time organization, the inability of the number of professional teachers to meet the requirements, and the lack of necessary hardware facilities in the work of cultivating the employability of college students in our country. The main reasons are the lack of attention to the cultivation of college students' employability, the imperfect mechanism of cultivating college students' employability, and so on. On the basis of the experience of applying the objective management theory in different fields of our country in recent years and the training of employment ability in colleges and universities, we can consider using the theory of objective management for reference. This paper puts forward the countermeasures of cultivating college students' employability from the perspective of target management: to promote the cultivation consciousness of colleges and universities, to make clear the training objectives, to determine the training contents, to set up organizations, to equip teachers, and to perfect the incentive mechanism of teachers, at the same time, In the process of research, literature retrieval is carried out around the research objective, and the theory is combined with practice to try to make innovations and breakthroughs in the same research field. In order to improve the employment ability of college students, the research on the implementation of target management has been deepened and applied in practice.
