网络文化背景下的高校创新人才培养探究

【摘要】：网络作为一种无处不在的信息交流工具已经渗透到社会生活的各个方面,尤其是对教育的影响随着青年学生对网络的接纳与融合与日俱增。利用网络形成的网络文化给高校学生传递一种合理的价值观,开发一种新的创新教育途径,提高高校人才质量与教育效率。本论文主要是探索网络文化与创新人才培养结合的基本知识与相关理论。本论文首先从厘清文化与网络文化的概念与内涵入手,介绍了文化与网络文化的发展历程,并对网络文化的特征作了初步的概括与分析。在此基础上分析了传统文化与网络文化的教育特征及其对高校开展创新教育的有利因素。在阐释创新教育发展历史与基本概念的基础上,逐步分析了进行创新教育应当坚守的基本原则。随后从国家、社会、个人发展的角度探讨了高等学校创新教育的实际作用与意义,并分析了高等学校进行网络创新教育的必要性与可行性,通过对调查数据的分析,总结出高等学校进行网络创新教育的各项基本条件已经成熟。网络创新教育质量的提高必须以完整的、系统的、稳定的网络创新教育平台为支撑与保障。最后,结合相关理论设计了高校网络创新教育平台的理论模型,提出了建设与优化校园创新教育环境的几点措施。
[Abstract]:As a ubiquitous tool for information exchange, the Internet has penetrated into all aspects of social life. Especially, the influence on education is increasing with the young students' acceptance and integration of the network. Using the network culture formed by the network to transfer a reasonable value to the college students and to develop a new way of innovative education. This paper mainly explores the basic knowledge and related theories of the combination of network culture and innovative talents training. This thesis begins with clarifying the concept and connotation of culture and network culture, and introduces the development course of culture and network culture. On the basis of this, the author analyzes the educational characteristics of traditional culture and network culture and the favorable factors for carrying out innovative education in colleges and universities, and explains the development history of innovative education. On the basis of basic concepts, This paper analyzes gradually the basic principles that should be adhered to in carrying out innovative education, and then probes into the practical role and significance of innovative education in colleges and universities from the perspective of national, social and personal development. This paper also analyzes the necessity and feasibility of carrying out network innovation education in colleges and universities, and analyzes the investigation data. It is concluded that the basic conditions for carrying out network innovation education in colleges and universities have matured. The improvement of network innovation education quality must be supported and guaranteed by a complete, systematic and stable network innovation education platform. Finally, Based on the related theories, this paper designs the theoretical model of the network innovation education platform in colleges and universities, and puts forward some measures to construct and optimize the campus innovation education environment.
