全日制专业学位硕士的“相对剥夺感”调适论析

【摘要】：自2009年国家推出专业硕士实行全日制培养主要招收应届毕业生以来,学生的"相对剥夺感"使本应是一片光明的全日制专业硕士却频遭冷遇。其中原因,主观上主要是学生对全日制专业学位的认同度较差和对参照群体选择的自我信服性,客观上主要是国家对全日制专业学位研究生缺乏清晰的定位、相关配套资源未能及时跟进和学生就业不确定性风险较大。减弱和消除学生的"相对剥夺感",要从提高学生对专业学位的认识、逐步形成专业学位培养的特色、健全就业服务保障体系等方面下功夫。
[Abstract]:Since 2009, when the state launched full-time training for professional masters, mainly recruiting fresh graduates, the "relative deprivation" of students has made the full-time professional masters, which should be a bright spot, often met with cold reception. Subjectively, the students' recognition of full-time professional degree is poor and their self-confidence in reference group selection is poor. Objectively, the state lacks a clear orientation to full-time professional degree graduate students. The relative matching resources fail to follow up in time and the risk of students' employment uncertainty is great. To weaken and eliminate students'"relative deprivation", we should gradually form the characteristics of professional degree training from improving students' understanding of professional degree. Efforts will be made to improve the employment service security system.
