高校辅导员的角色定位研究

【摘要】：高校辅导员,不是一个随着人类社会的发展而衍生的必然产物,而是一个特定历史时期下的特殊产物。清华大学校长蒋南翔率先在该校实行该制度,由高年级学生来担任低年级学生的辅导员。在该时期,辅导员扮演的是“政治领路人”的角色,它没有起到对学生的思想进行教育、对学生的生活进行关心的作用。随着时代的发展,该角色发生了转变,集思想教育和政治教育为一体的角色功能,即思想政治教育。虽然辅导员制度在文化大革命时期中断过,但随着十一届三中全会的召开,高考制度的恢复,高校辅导员制度也随之重新启办。在经过多重价值观的洗礼,高校辅导员的角色内涵逐渐地丰富起来,它不再仅仅只具有思想政治教育的功能,还具有心理辅导、生活服务等各种角色和功能。然而,面对诸多角色功能,让辅导员的工作范围无限扩大,这种扩大让他们疲惫不堪,常常迷失在繁杂的工作中,并且无法得到社会各界的价值认同。基于这种现状,笔者展开对辅导员角色定位的思考,希望能够解决辅导员目前所面临的困境。文章主要分为六章。第一章主要阐述的是高校辅导员角色定位的研究意义、价值、研究思路、研究方法、文献综述以及核心概念的界定。第二章和第三章主要阐述的是高校辅导员的角色发展脉络和不同群体对高校辅导员的角色期望。其中,对于不同群体对高校辅导员的角色期望中,笔者通过访问调查法,对辅导员本人和大学生分别进行了访谈,从而发现,对于辅导员本人而言,他们一直是以“思想政治学习指导者”为其核心角色,而他们希望扮演的则是学生的“职业规划指导者”的角色；对于学生而言,他们希望辅导员成为“学生的朋友”,而不是纯粹的思想政治教育工作者。因此,这里出现了角色期望和实际角色扮演之间的差异和冲突,面对这些问题,笔者在第三章中展开了详细的论述。第四章主要对前文访问调查的结果进行进一步的梳理,并对冲突原因进行了分析。在高校辅导员角色冲突表现形式上,分为核心角色与核心角色间的冲突、核心角色与次级角色群之间的冲突。在冲突之中,笔者试图找到宏观、中观和微观层次上的原因,以图能够既从大的政策环境解决角色冲突,也能够从具体的方法层面来解决角色冲突。第五章主要根据前文对辅导员角色冲突的研究,试图找到既能满足不同群体对辅导员的角色期望的定位、也能够满足辅导员自身的角色需求的定位,并且找到合适的路径来构建辅导员的角色定位。第六章主要是对前文所提出的问题、研究的过程、结果以及还未解决的问题进行总结,并提出笔者以后要继续研究的方向。通过以上研究,希望能够回答本文的核心问题,即“高校辅导员的角色定位是什么”。
[Abstract]:College counselors are not an inevitable product derived from the development of human society, but a special product of a specific historical period. Jiang Nanxiang, president of Tsinghua University, took the lead in implementing this system at the university. The counselors of the lower grades are the senior students. In that period, the counselors played the role of "political leaders", which did not serve to educate the students' minds. The role of concern for the life of the students. With the development of the times, the role has changed. The role function of integrating ideological and political education, that is, ideological and political education, is called ideological and political education. Although the system of counselors was interrupted during the Cultural Revolution, However, with the convening of the third Plenary session of the Eleventh Central Committee and the restoration of the college entrance examination system, the college counselor system has also been restarted. After the baptism of multiple values, the role connotation of university counselors has gradually enriched. It not only has the function of ideological and political education, but also has various roles and functions, such as psychological counseling, life service and so on. Often lost in the complex work, and can not be recognized by the value of all walks of life. Based on this situation, the author began to think about the role of counselors, hoping to solve the plight of counselors. The article is divided into six chapters. The first chapter mainly elaborates the significance, the value, the research thought, the research method, the literature review and the definition of the core concept of the role orientation of college counselors. The second and third chapters mainly describe the development of the role of college counselors and the expectations of different groups on the role of college counselors. Through interviews with the counselors themselves and the college students, it is found that, for the counselors themselves, they have always taken the "ideological and political learning mentor" as their core role. They want to play the role of "career planning mentor" for students; for students, they want counselors to be "friends of students" rather than purely ideological and political educators. There are differences and conflicts between role expectation and actual role play. In the third chapter, the author discusses these problems in detail. Chapter 4th mainly combs the results of the previous interview and analyzes the causes of the conflict. In the form of conflict of college counselors' role conflict, it is divided into the conflict between the core role and the core role. The conflict between the core role and the secondary role group. In the conflict, the author tries to find the reasons at the macro, meso and micro levels in order to solve the role conflict from the big policy environment. Also can solve the role conflict from the concrete method level. According to the previous research on the role conflict of counselors, Chapter 5th tries to find the orientation that can not only meet the expectations of different groups of counselors, but also meet the role needs of counselors themselves. And find the appropriate path to build the role of counselors. Chapter 6th is a summary of the problems raised above, the research process, the results and the unresolved problems, and puts forward the direction that the author should continue to study in the future. Through the above research, I hope to answer the core question of this paper, that is, "what is the role orientation of college counselors".
