美国高校学生事务管理专业协会:历史、结构及功能

【摘要】：在近百年的发展历程中,美国高校学生事务管理专业协会逐步形成由全体会员代表大会、理事会和若干分会构成的组织结构,实行以"志愿参与+民主选举"为基础的管理方式,通过制定纲领文件和行业标准、推动专业研究与出版、促进会员专业发展等方式,实质上参与并深刻影响了20世纪美国乃至全球高校学生事务管理的专业化进程。其发展历史、组织管理结构及功能,对我国高校学生工作的专业化发展具有重要的启示和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In the course of nearly 100 years of development, the American Association of Student Affairs Management has gradually formed an organizational structure composed of all members' congresses, councils and several chapters. To implement a management approach based on "voluntary participation in democratic elections", to promote professional research and publication, and to promote the professional development of its members through the formulation of programme documents and industry standards, In 20th century, the professional process of college student affairs management in the United States and even the whole world was deeply influenced by its development history, organization and management structure and function. It has important enlightenment and reference significance to the specialization development of college student work in our country.
