地方本科高校转型发展的战略定位思考

【摘要】：《关于地方本科高校转型发展的指导意见》(征求意见稿)明确要求地方本科高校向应用技术型高校转型发展。地方本科高校的转型发展,首先要全面思考本校的战略定位。地方本科高校转型发展要把握好十大办学定位:发展目标定位、办学层次定位、人才培养定位、办学特色定位、学科专业定位、办学规模定位、服务面向定位、教学定位、师资队伍定位、科学研究定位。
[Abstract]:The guiding opinion on the Transformation and Development of Local undergraduate Colleges and Universities (the draft of soliciting opinions) clearly requires that local undergraduate colleges and universities be transformed and developed into applied technology colleges and universities, and the transformation and development of local undergraduate colleges and universities, First of all, we should think about the strategic orientation of our university. The transformation and development of local undergraduate colleges and universities should grasp the following ten orientations: orientation of development goal, orientation of educational level, orientation of talent training, orientation of characteristics of running a school, orientation of discipline and specialty. School scale orientation, service oriented positioning, teaching positioning, teaching team positioning, scientific research positioning.
