澳大利亚TAFE教育与大学教育衔接的路径及启示

【摘要】:正澳大利亚的职业教育有着100多年的历史,历经不断的发展与变革,20世纪70年代,开始逐渐建立起了以技术与继续教育学院(TAFE)为主体的现代职业教育体系。特别是1995年颁布的具有里程碑意义的重要文件——澳大利亚资格框架(简称AQF),和1998年建立的国家培训包(Training Package),大大地促进了学习者在不同类型或层次的学习机构间转移,实现了各类教育和各层次教育间的相互衔接,使正规教育证书与非正规教育证书、学历证书与职业资格证书能够相互承认和沟通,构建起了完善的职业教育"立交桥"。中央技术学院(Central Institute of Technology,简称CIT)与大学教育的衔接和沟通就是一个典型的案例。
[Abstract]:Vocational education in Australia has a history of more than 100 years and has undergone continuous development and transformation in 70s of the 20th century. Began to establish a modern vocational education system with TAFEs as the main body. In particular, the landmark important document, the Australian qualification Framework (AQFN), was promulgated in 1995 and established in 1998. The national training package greatly facilitates the transfer of learners between different types or levels of learning institutions, Achieving the interface between all types of education and all levels of education, so that formal and non-formal education certificates, academic qualifications and vocational qualifications can be recognized and communicated with each other, The connection and communication between Central Institute of Technology and university education is a typical case.
