天津A高校后勤服务质量实证研究

【摘要】：为了更好的促进高校教学质量的提升和办学规模的不断扩大,各高校在充分认识到发展制约因素后及时采取相应措施对后勤服务进行调整,采取了以市场为导向下的政府政策为指导,教育部门做监管,学校负责组织协调及社会部门共同参与的形式对高校后勤进行了深化改革,经过多年的实践运用,在高校后勤管理体制及整体服务质量上有了很大改观,一定程度上促进了高校扩招规模的扩大及教学质量的提升。但近几年高校后勤在发展中套用过去的改革办法明显出现了各种不适应,无论是从其管理体制还是发展模式等方面都有与如今的发展要求相矛盾之处。为推动我国高校后勤改革及社会化运营的实现,本文回顾、总结并深入剖析了我国高校后勤的社会化改革所存在的挑战与机遇,并提出了在发展过程中遇到的相关问题,在课题研究的过程中,以天津A高校的后勤服务质量为重点研究对象,通过问卷调研等研究方法对天津A高校的后勤管理以及运营服务的现状、存在问题进行了详实、客观、深入的分析和探究,为国内的高校后勤管理改革方向以及模式的转变提供有效的参考依据。此外本文还大量运用了对比分析法,总结、归纳国外高校后勤服务的发展状况,并根据已有经验对我国高校后勤管理中的各种问题进行了深入剖析提出相应的解决办法。其旨在结合以往高校后勤改革的成效及国外成熟后勤管理模式为后勤改革的具体实践做出理论性的指导。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the improvement of teaching quality and the continuous expansion of the scale of running a school, colleges and universities, after fully recognizing the development constraints, take appropriate measures to adjust the logistics service in time. Under the guidance of market-oriented government policy, the education department is in charge of supervision, the school is responsible for organizing and coordinating, and the social sector has participated in the form of deepening the reform of university logistics, after many years of practice and application. The logistics management system and the overall service quality of colleges and universities have been greatly improved. To some extent, it has promoted the expansion of enrollment and the improvement of teaching quality in colleges and universities. But in recent years, the application of the past reform methods in the development of university logistics has obviously appeared various kinds of inadaptability. Whether from its management system or development model, there are contradictions with today's development requirements. In order to promote the reform of university logistics and the realization of socialized operation, this paper reviews and analyzes the challenges and opportunities existing in the socialized reform of university logistics in China, and puts forward the related problems encountered in the process of development. In the course of the research, taking the logistics service quality of Tianjin A university as the key research object, through questionnaire investigation and other research methods to Tianjin A university logistics management as well as the present situation of the operation service, the existence question has carried on the detailed, objective, and so on the Tianjin A university logistics management and the operation service present situation, has carried on the detailed, objective, The in-depth analysis and exploration provide an effective reference for the reform direction and mode of logistics management in colleges and universities in China.
