【摘要】:第斯多惠(1790-1866)是德国教育家、19世纪中叶德国资产阶级民主主义教育学的进步代表人物。他从资产阶级的利益出发,猛烈抨击封建的和宗教的德国教育,力倡全民的国民教育。第斯多惠被誉为“德国教师的教师”,《德国教师培养指南》是他的教育代表作。他的师范教育思想不仅为德国师范教育事业的发展做出了杰出贡献,而且对全世界师范教育以及我国的教师教育改革发展也具有借鉴和启发。本论文在研读前人对第斯多惠的教育思想以及论著的研究成果的基础上,就其师范教育思想进行了较为全面、深入的研究。 引言部分,给出了选题缘由、做了核心概念的界定,并介绍了国内外对第斯多惠教育思想的研究成果和现状,提出了本论文的研究目的,并说明了研究方法。 第一部分,介绍了第斯多惠师范教育思想的形成。第斯多惠所处的时代背景以及他本人的求学以及教学实践经历都对他师范教育思想的形成有一定的影响,特别是《德国教师培养指南》和《莱茵教育杂志》的出版,最终形成了一套自己的理论体系。 第二部分,探讨了第斯多惠师范教育思想的主要理论。包括教育观、教学观。 第三部分,该部分是本论文的主体部分,着重论述了第斯多惠师范教育思想的主要内容。该部分主要包括两点:第一,介绍了第斯多惠对教师使命认识、对教师自身应具备的素养的要求等;第二,第斯多惠反对德国教育目的中存在的狭隘的民族主义倾向和浓厚的宗教色彩,提出“全人教育”的理想。他把“自动性”视为人的发展的主观基础,而以社会中的真、善、美为教育的客观基础,认为两者结合才算是培养了“全人”。而“全人教育”的标准也是对教师培养的标准。 第四部分,主要论述了第斯多惠师范教育思想的影响以及意义,同时笔者就第斯多惠的师范教育思想进行了较为客观的评价,并给出第斯多惠师范教育思想在我国教师教育的改革和发展方面的启示。
[Abstract]:He was a German educator and representative of the progress of democratic pedagogy among the German bourgeoisie in the middle of the 19th century. He lashed out against feudal and religious German education in the interests of the bourgeoisie. Destohui was praised as "the teacher of German teachers" and the Guide to teacher training in Germany was his representative work of education. His teacher education thought not only made outstanding contributions to the development of teacher education in Germany, but also made great contributions to the development of teacher education in Germany. Moreover, it can be used for reference and enlighten the teachers' education in the world as well as the reform and development of teacher's education in our country. To its normal education thought has carried on the more comprehensive, the thorough research. In the preface, the author gives the reason of choosing the topic, defines the core concept, introduces the research results and present situation of the thought of Destopher education at home and abroad, puts forward the research purpose of this paper, and explains the research method. In the first part, it introduces the formation of Destohui's teacher education thought. The background of his age, his own study and his teaching practice all have certain influence on the formation of his normal education thought. In particular, the publication of German teacher training Guide and Rhine Education Journal formed its own theoretical system. In the second part, the author discusses the main theories of Teacher-education thought, including educational view and teaching view. The third part, which is the main part of this paper, focuses on the main content of the teacher education thought of Destohui. This part mainly includes two points: first, it introduces Destohui's understanding of teachers' mission. The demands on teachers' own qualities; second, Stapley opposed the narrow nationalist tendencies and strong religious colors in German educational purposes. He puts forward the ideal of "whole person education". He regards "automatism" as the subjective basis of human development, and regards the truth, goodness and beauty in society as the objective basis of education. The author thinks that the combination of the two can be regarded as the cultivation of "whole person", and the standard of "whole person education" is also the standard of teacher training. In the 4th part, I mainly discuss the influence and significance of Destohui's teacher education thought, and at the same time, I have carried on the objective appraisal to the teacher education thought of Destohui. The enlightenment of Destohui teacher education thought in the reform and development of teacher education in our country is also given.
