中国传统道德教育内容与方法对当代大学生道德教育的启示

【摘要】：当代中国大学生的道德教育还存在着不尽如人意之处,如教育内容时代性不足,教育机制还有一定的缺陷,教育方法上忽视道德践履等等,这种状况严重影响了道德教育的效果,不利于大学生的德性养成。改变这种现状是一项需要多途径、多方面共同努力的过程,从传统道德教育的优秀成果中吸取营养,并和现代道德教育相结合,是改善当代中国大学生道德教育现状,提高教育效果的重要途径之一。中国传统道德文化博大精深,源远流长,不断地影响着人们的生存发展和精神风貌。而道德教育作为中国传统文化的核心内容,主要起源于先秦时期,以儒家伦理道德思想为主体,融合了道、法、佛等各家思想,经过“三教合一”后,逐渐形成了相对成熟和完备的道德价值体系。道德教育以传统美德为核心内容,是中国古代道德文明的精华。传统道德教育不仅有利于改善大学生知识结构,提升高校大学生的综合素质,对于我国高校教育的发展与创新也有一定的促进作用,更加有利于弘扬和培育民族精神。有效地继承与发展中国传统道德文化对加强大学生思想政治教育,对思想教育工作者改进思想政治工作,具有很重要的实践意义。本文首先理清中国传统道德教育的嬗变历程,掌握中国传统道德教育的发展脉络,进一步认识和了解中国传统道德教育的中心内容、方法和特点；其次,分析了当代中国大学生道德教育的总体现状,包括内容设置、教学队伍、优势与不足及其原因(在本部分中,适当地采用了调查问卷的方式)；在文章的第三部分,分析了传统道德教育(主要是儒家道德教育)在内容和方法上给当代中国大学生道德教育提供的借鉴和启示。
[Abstract]:The moral education of contemporary Chinese college students is not satisfactory, such as insufficient educational content, lack of educational mechanism, neglect of moral practice in educational methods and so on. This situation has seriously affected the effect of moral education, and is not conducive to the cultivation of moral character of college students. Changing this situation is a process that requires joint efforts in many ways and aspects, drawing nutrition from the outstanding achievements of traditional moral education. Combining with modern moral education is one of the important ways to improve the present situation and effect of moral education of college students in China. Chinese traditional moral culture is extensive and profound and has a long history, which constantly influences people's survival and development and spiritual features. As the core content of Chinese traditional culture, moral education mainly originated in the pre-Qin period. Taking the Confucian ethical and moral thoughts as the main body, combining the thoughts of Tao, Dharma, Buddha and so on, after the "integration of the three religions", a relatively mature and complete moral value system has been gradually formed. The core content of moral education is the traditional virtue. Traditional moral education is not only conducive to improving the knowledge structure of college students and improving the comprehensive quality of college students, but also plays a certain role in promoting the development and innovation of higher education in China. Effectively inheriting and developing Chinese traditional moral culture is of great practical significance to strengthen ideological and political education of college students and to improve ideological and political work for ideological educators. This paper first clarifies the evolution of Chinese traditional moral education, grasps the development of Chinese traditional moral education, and further understands and understands the central content, methods and characteristics of Chinese traditional moral education. This paper analyzes the general situation of moral education of contemporary Chinese college students, including content setting, teaching staff, advantages and disadvantages, and its reasons. This paper analyzes on the content and method of traditional moral education (mainly Confucian moral education) for contemporary Chinese college students' moral education.
